So awesome! To all of you athletes out there, if you’ve tracked the CrossFit games, you’ve most likely heard of Nick Urankar. In the most recent games he placed 16th in the entire world. 🌎 🙌🏼 A friend of ours saw a quick interview of him where he stated he does NOT take vitamin supplements. What does he take every single day? JP!! And what has he noticed? “Juice Plus made a massive difference in my recovery time and noticeably reduced muscle soreness. Bottom line is this is a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, berries, and grains that I would not otherwise be able to eat everyday. It’s made a difference...won’t go a day without it now.” In the interview he mentioned how he even DOUBLED UP on capsules daily leading up to the Games. And because it’s just food with an NSF certification, he was able to do so confidently knowing he wasn’t breaking any sort of supplement rules. 🏋🏻♂️💪🏼🏋🏼♀️ Our bodies need 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables every single day. I don't know about you, but i'm feeling 32. Got divorced, pec tear and repair surgery, made a huge job change resulting in a move and starting my own business, following my dream and passions and saying yes to myself and learning. Had a rocky road of it in 31, lost a best friend, a husband, made some new friends, fell in love, got my heart broken and learned how to grow from it all. This past year was all about growth and development and figuring out what my purpose really is. I try to always have a growth mindset - when I make mistakes - to try and figure out where I went wrong and how I can get better. It's been a rough couple of years - not blaming anyone else or anything, all I can do is own where im at and know it all happens for a reason. My future is bright cuz I choose it to be and I'm ready to tear it up in 32. Being honest about who I am and what I've been through cuz I know y'all have been through it too. That's life. We get knocked down and we get right back up. Own it, choose your path and grow. That's what it's all about.
