Yesterday the doctors finished up continuing education at the @smile_source 2019 convention.
Somehow every year the classes get better and better. The guys listened in on advanced training in dental implants. New work in clear aligner therapy to straighten teeth.
And maybe the most interesting: current research in the link between oral health and heart disease.
All this learning helps them come back and care for you more thoroughly. We love a chance to get away and learn, but at the end of the day, getting to see patients and getting back in the routine is what makes us the happiest.
Hope your Sunday is full of rest.
See you tomorrow!
'' The time machine to go back and fix the tragedies that races in Canada have experienced does not exist BUT if we all become excited about making change we can create a future that actually embraces, accepts, and frees all cultures from oppression '' HELP US SET THIS FORWARD BY SHARING & LIKING THIS INJUSTICE SO CHANGE CAN START.... Thank you @uofacompliments for offering this course and @creelegaleagle for teaching!
Working with plants and plant medicine has been a gift and passion for many years of my life. Feeling blessed to be able to deepen my offerings in this way. I was so surprised to see common, available plants used in cancer treatment that many of us already have in our home medicine cabinet. Herbs can be game changing in prevention, treatment, and end of life. Still have much more to learn but feeling inspired and better equipped to use plants in a new way ✨🌷 #plants#plantmedicine#herbalmedicine#collaberativeoncology#continuingeducation#learning
Even as our BFA and MFA students present their work for finals, end of year exhibitions, and of course our 2019 Annual Exhibition event on May 11, we know that the creating won’t stop here on campus this summer! ✏️✂️🖌 If you’ve ever wanted to take up a new discipline or rekindle your love of letterpress, Otis College Extension is offering workshops and courses for all experience levels, ages 5 to 100. In addition, more immersive experiences like the L.A. Summer Residency, Emerging Curators Retreat, and the Fashion Design Retreat are still accepting applications. Check out otis.edu/extension for more and we’ll see you on campus this summer. ☀️🎨☀️

What better way to start my weekend than welcoming Dr. Bella Shen (@bellasmile_sf) back to #harvard for her CE course! Spent the day learning to treat complex cases with Invisalign from the best. 😁
