When I started bodybuilding there were a lot of thing I THOUGHT I couldn’t do it.
“I cannot have a six pack”
“I cannot put on a bikini and feel comfortable”
“I cannot feel beautiful in any clothes I wear”
I burried all those thoughts!
I learned about my body, learned about my health and today I KNOW I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to!
It took me about 10 years, but I won!
I am beautiful and I am comfortable with my own skin!
It’s a battle shown on the outside, by fought on the mind!

Quando eu comecei fisiculturismo tinha muita coisa que eu ACHAVA que não conseguia fazer.
“Eu não consigo ter uma barriga tanquinho”
“Eu não consigo usar um biquini e me sentir confortável”
“Eu não consigo me sentir bonita em qualquer roupa”
Eu enterrei todos esses pensamento!
Eu aprendi sobre meu corpo, eu aprendi sobre minha saúde e hoje eu SEI que consigo fazer QUALQUER COISA que quiser!
Me levou em torno de 10 anos, mas eu venci!
Eu me acho linda e me sinto feliz na minha própria pele!
É uma batalha que aparece no externo, mas que é vencida na mente!
Conquiste sua mente, conquiste seu corpo!

I am learning so many fascinating things about the human mind and body and the connection between the two! ✨
Your mind will believe whatever you tell it....it learns from you, so you have to teach it what to then instruct your body!
If you are constantly stressed and negative and unhappy your mind will think that’s how you want to be and put all sorts of stress upon your body.....it will release cortisol the stress hormone which in too high levels is just not good for the body 🙈
You control your mind and have to tell it the right things to do to you body...this is a huge part of self love!
Tell yourself you’re amazing, tell yourself you’re so loved by those around you and that you’re fantastic at your job!
You have to do this consistently to ensure it becomes familiar to your mind....your mind likes things that are familiar so it’s about making self praise and self love a familiar practise! ✅👌🏻
The same way making eating healthily and exercising a familiar practise! Your mind will then ensure your body thrives!! 🙌🏻💕🧠😁
