🎉🎉 GUESS WHO FINALLY FINISHED A WORKOUT PROGRAM ON SCHEDULE without an extra week being added on! 💪
I know consistency is a huge thing and I've been trying to be consistent for years. This year the one time I had to put this plan on hold for 3 days I immediately worked to get them rescheduled and done. I didn't let that feeling of being off "schedule" defeat me and lead me to a pity party! I let that feeling motivate me to continue to crush it. I've never been so proud of myself for overcoming that inner voice of my inner mean girl and the negativity I invited into my mind. 🎉🎉
OK today I can proudly say I did and completed a 10K hiking trail 💯🏃⛰️🕺🕺🕺 .... It looked absolutely impossible in the beginning , but I made it 🏆 ... Awesome hike with awesome people 🤓 ... 🐵 After hike pics cannot be shown 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙈~ the pain was too real! 😲 #goodtime#saturday#hiking

For a 20 minute workout, 6 days a week, this was by far the most challenging program because it wasn’t just “physical movement” that took place.
My mind was challenged in so many ways. .
It was a great “starting” point for me and this #internaltransformation journey that I’m still working through.
It doesn’t end here.
Monday I up the ante.
Round 2 begins for me — the step will be higher and weighted workouts will be added to this journey. #noplateaus —————

What’s even better — I’m looking forward to those who will be just starting this journey (Round 1) on Monday! They’ve seen what can be accomplished in just 20 minutes a day and are stepping up to the plate. 🙌🏻 .
