When I first said yes to coaching, I didn’t say yes to building a real business.
I knew it was possible, and eventually I wanted to be my own boss, but that’s not WHY I said yes.
I said yes to coaching because I knew it was the only way I would be held accountable for my own health and fitness.
I knew that if other people relied on my, I would show up.
I knew if people expected me to show up on social media that I did my workout, I would show up.
I knew that if there was a chance I would inspire someone else to take control of their health, I would show up.
I quickly realized the potential of this business and hell, it was fun so why not work hard and get healthy at the same time?! But when it comes down to it, I started because I needed accountability, community, and something to get me up at my 5AM alarm to workout everyday.
And honestly, I think that’s how I’ve built a successful business. Because when I started I was excited to get healthy, I was consistent with me FIRST, I am passionate about the process, and I want EVERYONE to feel this way.
I’m going live tonight in my FREE coach sneak peek to share more of my story and if you’ve ever even thought about doing what I do for a second, I wanna see you in there.
Click the link in my bio and come be a fly on the wall. It might just change your life.
Y’all wanna hear a funny story? Okay so I initially thought my graduation started at 10, so I woke up early and got ready and went to the Wagner Noel. I get there and I go to the check in spot and the lady asks for my name so I give it to her but she can’t find my name on the list? I’m already nervous as it is, and then the lady can’t find my name so I’m like...wtf? Am I not graduating?😂 so she sends me to the director of the graduation and she asks me the same question so I give her my name and she can’t find it either? So she asks me what my major is and I tell her it’s mathematics and she goes, “you’re getting your masters in mathematics?” And I looked at her and said “nooooooo...? I’m getting my bachelors..” and she looks at me and says “oh...your ceremony is at 4...” Haa! So mind you I’m already fully dressed in my cap and gown ready to go and then I get hit with this? Haa at this point I was just like “screw It, I ain’t showing up again”🤦🏽♂️😂😂 anyways I had to call a lot of people and tell them the ceremony was actually at 4 and I read the email wrong...needless to say everyone was pretty upset about waking up early including myself! Lol anywayssssss here’s my graduation pictures! Although I’m missing some prime people (a few uncles, my other grandparents, my cousin Chris, and my Godparents) everyone else that was able to make it, I can’t express how grateful I am to have had y’all in the crowd to watch one of my greatest achievements. I love all y’all and y’all were definitely some of my biggest fans and greatest motivators. I couldn’t have done it without the love and support from my family and friends. I FINALLY did it! I graduated college and became the first college graduate in the family. That in itself, is something to be very proud of. I love you all and thanks again for always being there for me and always believing in me. Now, on to my next degree 👨🏽🎓📚 Oh and by the way, make sure you watch that last video, as you could see, I was VERY excited to walk the stage...🤷🏽♂️😂 #FirstGeneration#MathematicsDegree#CollegeGraduate
Today’s workout was 15 minutes. I could have skipped it. I could have said that 15 minutes doesn’t matter- but it does. The little changes add up to so many big things. (I mean, can’t you tell how large my smile is 😉)

With Christmas only a week away and the new year right after that it was time to start business planning. 📝
Maybe I’m weird, but I truly enjoy goal setting and planning. 🤷🏻♀️
As someone who truly loves organization you’ll find me with a smile on my face on days like today. 😊
I can not describe how proud I am of you, Frances! Thank you for being you; a mentor, a friend, a confidant, absolutely one of a kind. I can’t wait to see the many places you’ll go. I love you beautiful sister. Your accomplishments are such an inspiration! Congratulations graduate. ❤️

About two and a half years ago I decided that I wanted to quit what I was doing in life and become a chef. It wasn’t easy spending 85 hours a week between school, work, and the commute to Philly. But I can honestly say I met some of the best and truest people. I may not be cooking for a career right now but I have plenty of time to practice my skills and save up for another endeavor. Don’t be afraid to take that leap and start something new, the pain of failure is nothing compared to the regret of never trying. #collegegraduate#culinary#chef#takechances#schoolsout#aiph

Tbt college days...During my 4 years college time I had English and Italian language every day including Saturday ! Especially at my first college ( Faculty of International Management, Belgrade, Serbia) ... and I remember I never got 9 grade / mark from my Italian language exams ! It was always 10! And 10 is the highest grade from exams and 6 was the lowest grade / mark for exams in Europe where I went to college ... it happened that I got 9 from English language exam twice at the end of the year ( sigh) ... and then it was 10 at English as well...But Italian language .... io ho parlato excelente!!! #collegedays#universitystudent#tbt#university#college#formerstudent#italianlanguage#englishlanguage#collegeexams#collegegraduate
(1/3) Three years ago I was accepted into the University of Texas at San Antonio, and now I can finally call myself a college graduate; a UTSA Alumna. I’ve had my fair share of obstacles, both physical and mental, but with the grace of God and the support of my loved ones, I was able to persevere and make it to the finish line. Mistakes were made. Lessons were taught. But that’s the whole point of college: to test the waters. I found my true self, what I stand for, and I can’t wait to go off into the real world to put myself to the test. “Girls with dreams become women with vision.”
I promised my mom one thing 🎓🙏🏽
I promised her I would graduate college, so I did just that and more. I worked hard for the opportunity to even attend a university and I worked even harder to wrestle division 1, join important campus clubs, and graduate with Cum Laude Honors (3.56 GPA)... for those who know my story y’all know I really came from NOTHING and had NOBODY even when certain people should’ve helped knowing my situation... know that it makes this moment all the more humbling for me... NOBODY believed a delinquent impoverished youth like myself could make it this far!! People still don’t believe the outcome! I’m here to make a difference in my life and yours... to give knowledge, experience, and support to the less fortunate.. I never settled for less no matter the circumstances... Imma grind for a better life because I know damn well ain’t none of my people gonna live another day in hell like I did coming up to this point today... we still working to make it and I know my value... you gon see me up... my ambition will shine alone 😤
All the love and positivity to those who saved me.. who helped guide me.. I love you and am eternally grateful

Of the many blessings in my life this weekend will be up there with one of the greatest moments. Tomorrow, I’ll get to watch my firstborn, my angel, my heart, my life changer, my daughter, Victoria @sovictoriabragg graduate from college! WOW! 😮 🤯😪🙌🏽 #selah
This beautiful, intelligent, incredibly talented being will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television & Film from Texas Southern University December class of 2018.
To say that I’m proud is an understatement. To say that I’m in awe of her is probably the best way to describe it. She’s accomplished so much & has a drive & an ambition like no other. She always has.
Outside of her accomplishments she makes my heart smile; she’s truly beautiful inside and out. Compassionate, responsible, funny, fun, independent but most importantly, she is God-fearing... She loves the Lord! 🙌🏽 As a mom you want your kids to do and accomplish great things. I am beyond grateful to watch & see her evolve into a woman with great purpose. I’d be lying if I don’t often see her still as my little girl... she will always be. But more than anything I respect & love her as the woman that she’s become.
Thank you Jesus for this chain breaking, phenomenal, victorious woman that you blessed & trusted me to call my daughter.
Victoria, I love you beyond mere words and actions. From the depth of my heart, soul and mind... I love you with everything that I am. Thank you for making me a better woman. Thank you for making me a mother of a first time college graduate! Bravo 👏🏽 my angel...
