You know what’s funny?
I was once one of Network Marketings biggest skeptics. 🤦🏼♀️🤫 💯
Doubt hindered my ability to really understand how much opportunity there is in this field. I was closed off to the opportunity because in more ways than one, I thought I “knew better”. I did all the “right” things went to school, earned multiple degrees, and still felt there was something missing.
It could of been desperation that really got the best of me - but I was at the “somethings gotta give” point in my life.
And I will Be 💯 honest, I judged... 🤷🏼♀️ I couldn’t help it, my pride got in the way🙄
BUTT... i also couldn’t help but ask myself, why not me? Why was I excluding myself from something all these woman were so excited and happy to be apart of? Why was I battling the idea so fiercely?
The truth is, social media is undeniably apart of our generation and it’s no longer a foreign idea to make some extra money around your crazy life. We’re all here... in this social media world.... and the world is LITERALLY at our fingertips. 📲
What it really came down to is me making the decision to go all in🙌🏼 I decided to let Him guide me. 👆🏼 I took a huge leap of faith, joined to see how it would go, that decision is one I will NEVER regret.
It will always start with the decision to just give it a shot, that’s the only way he can direct your steps. I’ve now realized that more often than not, skepticism hinders you from reaching your full potential. And Faith serves to fulfill and not to deceive, but bottom line... you’ll never know if you don’t try. 🥰
Mama, of course you can do it all but not all at once. it’s perfectly fine to ask for help. It’s perfectly fine to take some time for yourself. ⠀
Many new mothers don’t let their spouse or relatives help out with a new baby, because of course Mother knows best. But guess what?! Your baby will be just fine in the care of your husband or mother in law or sister while you run to get your nails done or take a nap. ⠀
Tag a mom that needs to see this! 💛

Get comfortable in your own skin!!😁 Take a chance and put on something you aren’t you used to bc you might just feel amazing!😉
I have never owned anything that has shown off my stomach at all. I always find clothes that cover me up. I have always been uncomfortable showing it. Well I am done hiding it! Well I finally bought some crop tops. I actually feel amazing in this outfit!🥰

20 minutes spent working on me in the morning. Not because I’m selfish and think of just myself but because I know that starting my day with an endorphin rush helps me be better for everyone. ☺️ even on vacation I can find 20 minutes to bettering myself. Anyone else looking to feel better but “don’t have time?” 🤷🏻♀️ Such a silly excuse when we spend so much time watching shows like The Bachelor and skimming through FB! 🤪 If you really want to make a change let’s do it together. I’ll be here with you every step of the way.

sometimes to delight in the exterior, one must look to the interior first.
my experiences with sensory children & my own health has left me with many strong opinions on looking within for a cause before we look for an external solution.

After 2 attempts to put this thing back together and I gave up and just draped it over ....but as I'm trying to put this together for my smallest she brings me the last bit of my coffee which is the best part ...I was already thinking "great I didn't get to enjoy my coffee. I bet they drank the rest"
Nope my baby came and gave it to me. 😍 My 💓...
I seriously hate the design of this teepee so hard to put back together and wasn't durable ....but we make good use if it I think. And they already fighting 🙄😂
☕️Team Flavored Coffee or Team Simply Black Coffee? ☕️
When I’m home I’m Team Black Coffee- I like to keep it simple. BUT if I’m out at a coffee shop and there’s a solid flavor choice...that’s what I go for!
I love my cup of coffee in the morning! It’s a key component of my morning routine. I wake up to my alarm, pour myself some coffee and sit down with my #starttodayjournal for some morning quiet time.
A key aspect of this business that I was drawn to is the freedom to design my schedule. I’m not now with Jacob. I don’t HAVE to set an alarm clock ⏰ but I CHOOSE to because that quiet morning time is so critical to my mood and mindset for the day. I feel calmer having that time to focus on me first thing in the morning before focusing on Jakey the rest of the day. .
There’s power is choice and there’s power in knowing that I get to focus on me FIRST in order to be at my best for my family and to support others in my groups!
Whether you’re a flavored coffee or black coffee girl, a mama or a wife, working out of the house, or staying at home...YOU need to take time for you! If you want to learn more about how this business TAUGHT me to do that...click on the link in my bio and share your thoughts with me! ❤️
"I don't have time." I remember using this excuse... any excuse I could to justify why I couldn't have or do something. Then there was the mom guilt... taking away time from the kids so that I can do something for me. Oh the shame! 🙄
If you want to be able to take care of your family and for your kids to be well, you must find time for yourself and NOT FEEL GUILTY about it. Your children need a happy mother, who not only enjoys quality time she dedicates to her children and home, but also time to herself. In addition to being a mother, you are also a person.❤ So if you want to take a little time to exercise your body and work out, do it! You will feel much better on both the inside and outside. If you follow me, you'll see that Asher actually works out with me most of the time anyway 👈 No it's not always perfect, but I still show up.
As if that was not enough reason, you will be giving your children a good example of a healthy life, and when they grow up they will likely see the importance of health and exercise, and leave the sedentary lifestyle behind.
Our kids learn by our actions, not by our words. I'm showing mine that theirs is strong and the only thing I feel guilty about is that workout we just killed 💪
☕️Happy Wednesday Friends☕️
With Jesus in her heart and coffee in her hand she is unstoppable.
Fact about me: I’m a major mug collector and I can’t have too many. I’m glad the people in my life understand that and help add to my obsession. 😂❄️ This beauty came from @altardstate
Do you wind up doing absolutely nothing because your too overwhelmed?? 🙋me too!
I get overwhelmed a lot! My kids are a tornado on a daily basis and most of my work at home seems to be destroyed seconds after they arrive home.
We are working together on cleaning up after each mess rather than me just taking care of it. Which is a slow process.
I start everyday with a small list of things I want to do and the knowledge that I might not get it all done but something will get crossed off and I'm ok with that right now.
I choose not to worry about silly things, like a pile of laundry that's not yet done. I choose to not get frustrated when I haven't crossed my entire list off.
I'm writing my to dos in smaller steps which seems to be a lot more rewarding. "Something always comes from nothing" Winnie the pooh

Back at it! 👊🏼Does anyone else struggle with allergies?? I was dealing with some allergy symptoms last week and then caught a cold and it definitely had me down for the count the past few days but I feel much better today! I struggle with allergies all year round and have struggled with eczema for years! However I HAVE noticed over the past few years since my nutrition has been much cleaner that my allergies symptoms aren’t as severe and I have had only one or two outbreaks of eczema on my hands that didn’t last long at all! Also when I get sick, I recover so much faster!! It always pays off to be proactive about your health so that’s why I will also make time for it! 🙌🏼

Strength comes from struggle. When you learn to see your struggles as opportunities to become stronger, better, wiser, then your thinking shifts from “I can’t do this” to “I must do this”! .
This is where I am today! 🥺I am at a mental struggle with myself. 😞My workouts are challenging but not just physically but mentally! I really believe this is what I needed to get on the right path to become the person I am meant to be.☺️
Have you ever microwaved your coffee and forgot you microwaved it? It's cold again so you go through the same process over and over....
Our Story cont.
By the end of 30+ hours after the earthquake someone from church had gotten word from the orphanage that everybody was alive and well. The relief was overwhelming! Brett and I kicked into overdrive trying to figure out how we could get into a country that was shut down. We had been contacted by The Today Show within 24 hours of my cousin Linda's story hitting the internet. ( I told you she was amazing! If you Google my name our story still comes up) We had been told to go on TV as much as possible and take every interview, in the hopes of getting someone in power to help us get our kids evacuated. This was incredibly hard for two people who are pretty private, who have been under stress that we'd never known before and little sleep. Are interviews showed it but we did it anyways. We would do anything if it meant getting Ben and DJ home.
Telling our story is not easy because there are so many details packed into one week and so many God things that happened throughout, that it would take pages to share the whole story. Know this~some of the ideas we came up with were crazy but remember I said we'd do anything. At one point in time Brett and another man had decided that they were going to fly into Northern Haiti and walk or hopefully find a car to drive to South Haiti. In fact this plan was the one we had in place before we attended church on Saturday night the 16th. We were desperate that night and I had been arguing with Brett that I didn't want him putting himself in that kind of danger. Before we left church, a large group of our friends and members prayed for our family. We loaded up into the car with Aus & Karsi and I kid you not...my phone rang with information that changed all our "evacuation plans". Sometimes God answers prayers immediately! #ourjourney#adoptionstory#myfamilymyheart

Have you have a compliment to anyone recently? When was the last time you told someone how awesome they were or that they were a good mom?? 🤷🏻♀️ sometimes it might feel weird complimenting a stranger but I challenge you to do it. It’ll not only help them have a great day but you too! ❤️
Oh thank my lucky stars I workout from home. If what happened to me today during my workout happened at a gym...I would be the dinner table discussion of many people. But I have no shame & can laugh at myself.... .
Doing day 2/42 of a new program that requires a step. Our ab move had us on our backs on the step counting reps. I fell off....oh it gets worse... as I fell my mom bladder kicked in & a very loud fart escaped too... I am on the floor laughing my face off & I lost my count so needless to say I have no clue how I did in that round. .
But least I can laugh at myself in the process. Isn't this part of the transformation I want? Be secure in who I am & in my body. If I can't laugh at myself...then life is gonna be hard & kinda boring. Am I right?!
Something I learned today is giving up is easier than going over that bump! 😞My workout today was challenging and I hit a point where I wanted to give up. I was on the verge of tears but I told myself just keep going just one more. 🥺I can say it is the best feeling getting over that challenge in my workout. I realized I have been giving up on myself and I am done doing that! I am going to push myself over each bump in the road and succeed where I know I can!🤨
in all the hussle & bustle of our modern world, sometimes we forget to stop and enjoy the simple things
our bodies where not made to go non-stop. I always regret not listening to the early signs that I'm doing too much or not respecting my bodies needs. our bodies are wonderful often self-healing organisms, when we supply them with the correct nutrients, rest, & support .
physical & emotional health are equally of importance .

The calm before the storm.
It's Friday. Typically my Friday's are fairly chill while the kids are at school. But today, its packed with a to-do list a mile long. I will conquer the day. But first, coffee.
Also, help! Hubby and I are having a date night tonight and we do this so rarely that we have no idea what to do!?! Ideas... stat.
