Wat ik nu ga doen? Over een paar uur stap ik op het vliegtuig en daarna zie ik het wel weer, waarschijnlijk een flinke bulk! 🤷🏼♂️🐷

"Just remember you can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in the pocket" ~Arnold schwarzenegger

"I always belived leaving no Stone unturned, Muhammad Ali, one of my great heroes when he was asked 'how many sit-ups do you do? ' He said 'I don't count all my sit-ups, i start count them only when i feel pain because that's when it really counts, that's ' what make you a champion' NO PAIN NO GAIN.
Let me tell you, it is important to have fun in life, but when you are out partying, someone at the same time is working hard, someone is getting smarter and someone is winning just remember that. But if you want to win there is absolutely no way around hard, hard work, none of my rules find a way of succesful work unless you do.
I have always figured out that there are 24 hours a day, you sleep 6 hours then have 18 hours left. I know that some of you out there nouces 'wait a minute i sleep 8 hours or 9 hours', i tell you just sleep faster.
Just remember YOU CAN'T CLIMB THE LADDER OF SUCCESS WITH YOUR HANDS IN THE POCKET."
This is what makes it all worth while..the feeling I get when I’m on stage
Ever since I was 19 and competed in my first bodybuilding show (14 years ago!!!) I was hooked!
Do I enjoy prep? Hell no 😂 but all the sacrifice, commitment, dedication and hard work is so rewarding once you reach the end goal. I can’t begin to explain the feeling I get when I’m on stage
It’s the feeling that is my ‘why’...without that I wouldn’t and couldn’t make it through the prep.
My why and the feeling associated with my why is what allows me to consistently make the decisions & behaviours day in day out that produce the end result. Without this I WOULD FAIL! Simple..
Struggling to stick to the plan? Always fall short of your goal? Fall off the bandwagon frequently as soon as times get tough?
✅ be so clear on exactly WHAT you want to achieve.
✅take some time to reflect on WHY you want to achieve your goal.
✅ create a TIME frame and hold yourself accountable.
✅ link the FEELING you’ll get once you’ve achieved your goal to your WHAT & WHY.
✅ List the small WINS you must achieve every single day.
Achieving results is more than just willpower. If you want to learn more about how the formula I use to get my body to peak condition DM me!

Serge Nubret “The Original Black Panther” (6’0”/218Lbs) @serge_nubret My personal favorite, I have a top 50 list My dad and I made of all time. I can say with confidence that he’s in my top three no doubt about it. One of the most aesthetic physiques to grace this planet. People speak about genetics all the time but this is an example of what you would call “Elite Genetics” 6 foot tall 218 Lbs, dry as a bone, Filled all the way out. Head to toe balance, proportion and symmetry. He’s won the Mr. Universe, Mr. World, IFBB Most Muscular Man... and countless other top 3 finishes. He had awesome size and shape. And the lines were unique to his physique, they had flow..... Something I think people don’t take into consideration in the new era. “Big and shredded” gets tossed around more than “aesthetic and attractive.” Either way he paved the way for many bodybuilders and I’d like to pay my respects to the OG. ✊

Bob Paris “The Flawless Marvel” (6’0”/225lbs) one of my favorite bodybuilders from the 80’s. About as classic as they come. The first bodybuilding book I ever read was “Beyond Built” written by Bob Paris. My dad had a copy in the bathroom by the toilet (I’ve read more in the bathroom then I ever did in school) I learned so much so early. I was very fortunate to grow up in a household where health and fitness was a priority. I wanted to have his physique. He was the 1981 National Champ and was basically undefeated in the amateur ranks. He won the Nationals and The IFBB Mr. Universe in 1983 Also cracking the top 7 at the Mr. Olympia Contest in 1984 (New York). His posing was by far some of the best work I’d ever seen. I watch his routine on YouTube still to this day when I seek motivation. He’s gone on to write other books, become an activist, actor, model and so much more... the epitome of fitness, health and knowledge in combination. Thank you sir for all that you’ve done and still do to this day! @realbobparis one of the Great ones.

👉🏽First workout this week I’m sharing with you guys is one of my new favorite shoulder movements. The burn on this one EASILY surpasses traditional DB front raises:
1️⃣ Set up on a dual cable, moderate weight🛠
2️⃣ Start with hammer grip and as you raise slightly turn your hand into force a tighter squeeze💪🏽
3️⃣ While alternating, flex the resting side and hold tension through the whole exercise🔥
