SWIPE LEFT! Assetto Corsa @assettocorsa is epic especially in VirtualReality! @simpson_concrete Has a nice setup so i tried it out. Decided to go with Yas Marina Abu Dhabi Long Circuit driving a #Ferrari #458 Italia 570bhp Street car as a bench mark car before i used the Ferrari 458 #GT2 490bhp Track car. Never raced on the Yasss #Circuit so took a few laps to know the track and car plus to get acquainted with the VR experience. Eventually got a 2mins 36 seconds laptime with the 458 Italia. Was doing 270kmph on the back straight. Honestly the 458 is an epic car. "Gotta actually drive a 458 Italia in reality". Then on to the BIG BOY, Ferrari 458 GT2 track car. Because its my first time in the car in VR i took atleast 2 mins just looking around the interior and marveling over the VR 3D details of this track car. Finally popped it in 1st gear and instantly the steering in the 458 GT2 was light, quick. Car sounded aggressive, honestly Race car na RACE car. Had to quickly get used to the rapid acceleration, powerful braking, quick steering response, the urge to go faster and faster. Honestly the 458 GT2 was leaps better than the 458 Italia. I could turn sharper and best of all i could brake deeper into the braking zone. like in my head in the stock 458 italia i have already braked but the GT2 could brake like 1 second later maybe more. Eventually i got comfy in the GT2 and did 2minute 24seconds. Then the magic that is a track car was revealed. @simpson_concrete loaded up a car setup for me. Brake bias, traction, aero, gearing ration! Basically he is a massive nerd. I hit the track again and the gears where on point to cut a long rant short i did a 2minute 18seconds in the 458 GT2. Fatigue kicked in, i know a faster time is achievable but some other time. Honestly, #assettocorsa is an amazing sim. Yas Marina circuit is odd though but i like the track. 458 GT2 is pure savagery. By this time i been racing for about 3-4hrs. Felt like trying a few laps of the #918 #Porsche, damn it felt heavy. Braking was odd then i remembered i just raced a GT2 car... Lamborghini Performante was epic too but banter for another day!

This was a good workout. My damn triceps... I did my pushups against the wall and got a lot more out of it this week. Feeling stronger. Seeing muscle on my forearms!! Wish my triceps would develop a little more.... Transform 20

Squat with a pulse
Barbell shoulder press variation
Reverse lunge with a curl
