1) Very few sales were reported this month, 80% less than last month.
2) The number of new listings equaled last month, but increased by 300% compared to last year. There is a total of 48 active listings in the area.
3) The average price of a single-family, detached home is $838,612.
Cultus Lake remains it's own unique market. Various economical factors contribute to it's unpredictable landscape, which makes it challenging to align with surrounding markets. It does it's own thing and our team is always on top of it.
