These are some of the pieces I will be exhibiting. Things are getting quite hectic as I still have pieces to fire to drop off on Thursday morning, and I am away Monday to Wednesday (possibly one of my jobs for the EU before the madness of Brexit and Boris descends on the country). The preview/friends and family evening is on Friday 26th, 1700 - 2030. Then it is open daily from the Saturday until Sunday the 11th of August (some posters incorrectly say the 12th). I'll be there all day on Saturday the 10th, and possibly at the preview - I have a stand at Mudeford on the 27th and 28th, so may have to skip the preview if I run out of time.
Come along and have a look - you can see examples of the exhibitors' work at Southern Ceramic Group on FB or @southernceramicsgroup on IG

I think it is @brenebrown who says that our ability to love is measured by our willingness to experience heartbreak. To love fully we have to be open to the pain when it ends. And it always ends, in some way.
A friend is going through the initial stages of a breakup at the moment. Resurfacing memories of breakups for me. That ‘stops you in your tacks’, heart squeezing anguish. Eerrggghhhhh!!!!
All around I see people shutting themselves off to new possibilities of love after their happily ever after relationship ends. “Never Love Again” plays on repeat, literally. They can’t bear to feel the pain again so they settle with being alone or choosing relationships that never fully fulfil them, as when they end there is less to lose.
I get it, heartbreak is tough, hideous. It’s natural we want to don our protection cloaks. But it is worth every bit of pain to experience the beauty of falling in love. I think it’s one of the greatest gifts evolution has offered.
A year on since my face down moment, I’m not actively dating but I’m super excited for when I will fall in love again (I’m envisioning a cute academic Dane, with round glasses, and a killer smile). And, more than ever I’m willing to feel the pain all over again. It’s worth every tear.
Don’t settle, don’t close off. Dance with love, it’s magic!
Everything works better after it’s been unplugged and reconnected, right?

QUESTION: Who will get faster most easily with a regular training plan - someone who is new to proper training or someone who has been training hard for a while? ANSWER: if you are new to training, you will see huge gains over a few short months with relatively easy but consistent effort.
If you have been training for years, you will no doubt be ecstatic with knocking 7 seconds off your #parkrun time. But if you are near the start of the training journey, you might knock 7 minutes (!) off.
