Chi-Skyline Reflections @ the Hancock (i raced up these 95 flights 2 years ago in a charity climb but when reaching the observation deck we were pretty beat, it was overwhelmed with runners and tourists, and Irie was not present. Taking the elevator up with Snacks first thing in the morning with only a dozen people up top was enjoyable and a good start to the day. Irie really got a kick out of all the roof top pools that can be seen from up there but was not impressed how high up we were😃) #chicago#hancocktower#blackandwhitephoto#bnw#reflections
McKinley Morganfiedl, better known as Muddy Waters, was born on April 4, 1913 in Westmont, Illinois. He is considered the father of the Chicago Blues and one of the most important references for generations of musicians. "Baby Please Don’t go", "Rollin 'Stone", "Mannish Boy" and "I'm your Hoochie Coochie man" are some of his best-known songs. Keith Richards, guitarist of the Rolling Stones, once said: "What Muddy Waters did for us is what we should do for others. It's the old thing, what do you want written on your tombstone as a musician: 'I passed it on.' ". Muddy died in his sleep from heart failure, at his home in Westmont on April 30, 1983. Anyway, his blues will be with us for eternity. We recommend the album "Hard Again" released on 1977. If you are on YouTube, do not forget to watch his mythical show in Dortmund in 1976. Thanks Muddy! We owe you a lot.
I am so excited to announce that I have officially started my own @arbonne business as an independent consultant. @christina2216 introduced me to the company and the 30 Days to Healthy Living program over a year ago. I skeptically and reluctantly decided to do the program to jumpstart a new healthy routine and lose some weight because I was in a rut and feeling awful physically and mentally. I ended up doing it for a few months and lost a bunch of weight, had so much more energy that helped me to join CrossFit and feel some real success in my health. Fast forward to this year and graduate degree and two new jobs later, and I have totally fallen off the health wagon and am not where I want to be in my physical health. I am beginning the 30 days to Healthy Living program again on Monday again for myself, and have jumped full force into this business because I can envision a future of financial freedom with this company. This is a future in which I will be able to work for myself and provide all the things for my family that every family deserves, secure income, a home and the ability to dream! Eventually this business I am just starting will allow me to work for myself, have time for our family to travel the world, and I will be able to open a nonprofit which I have always dreamed of doing.
All the products (whether it be nutrition, skincare, makeup, essential oils, etc.) are pure safe, vegan, gluten free, non-gmo, no soy, and use no animal testing. Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living is such a great way to flush all the toxins from your body and lose some weight (if that’s your goal like mine:). I can’t wait to feel and show you the results! If anyone would like more info on how to join the 30 Day program or more info on the biz, DM me because I’d love to tell you more!!! 🙌🙏❤️🧡💛💚

Finally! First time in Chicago. Of course, had to come see The Bean. Art sculpture I have read about and seen endlessly in photos of known and unknown people! Made of stainless steel and inspired by liquid mercury. The surface reflects the city’s skyline. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Where should I go in Chicago? What do I have to see?
🇪🇸 ¡Finalmente!
