Dinner - butter and herbed baked salmon filet and two eggs scrambled in garlic ghee butter with cheddar cheese. Yummy yummy! Now to make a dessert-ish something or other before I close my eating window up.
Back to my favorite cheesy scrambled eggs this morning + an english muffin. One half topped with butter, black raspberry preserves, and hemp seeds. The other half topped with peanut butter and honey. Hello you dreary hump day. Who powered through this morning and poopy weather and got a morning work out in??? Somehow I got it done! Hardest workout I’ve done yet. I’m really quite proud of myself.

I’ve been on a cheesy scrambled egg kick lately and I’m not stopping anytime soon because it’s just that good 👌🏻 I beat two eggs with a little bit of milk, salt and pepper then scramble in a pan and when they’re almost done add some cheddar cheese 👅✨ Plus paired with all the summer fruit because I’m still on summer break for one more week!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
