Yesterday I had the pleasure of helping my client to organize her closet. As we switched out hangers, JoAnn did a great job of purging clothes that no longer served her or sparked joy. ✨
The biggest improvement to this closet came after we switched out all the hangers to match. .
Matching hangers are seriously a game changer. They slide easier, get tangled less, and are visually more appealing. ✨
So often as entrepreneurs, mothers, father's, and as people, we forget to celebrate the small victories. Winning does not always have to be necessarily a huge step, a big lump sum of money, a nicer home, a better car, or the Perfect Mate. Winning, when you're working for yourself, is consistency! Getting up, every single day and dedicating yourself to what you aspired to become!!! The change and the difference that you make in this universe every single day simply from your presence. Make it worthwhile!!! If you give up, is when you fail😑 Keep up the good work guys, on this Wednesday you're winning!!! #ConciergesElite#CE#ChaosCoordinator#Admin#Assistant#virtual#Revenuegrowth#LetMeServeYou

Batiste has taken my dry shampooing days to the next level!! I have always envied those women who could go 4-6 days without washing. I finally am one of those women thanks to Batiste and my favorite wand for curls that last for days 🧜🏼♀️ #batiste#L ’ange

Ok serious ‘momager’ question... Is it thhhhaaaaat important to fold a fitted sheet?🤷🏼♀️ I mean really... I just spent 10 minutes of my life fighting with this 🤬 (insert word of choice) sheet.
How’s your Wednesday going?🥴

Happy Admin Day!!! Today we are celebrating our amazing admin team at TRG. Thank you so much for all of the fantastic work that you do! ❤️
Fun fact, I actually tried at home workouts and the exact same ones I do every single day now once before and I quit. I didn’t even give it a full two weeks and I said the same thing that so many people say …
. At home workouts don’t work, or aren’t for me anyways. I don’t have time. I tried that, it didn’t work for me. I don’t have the motivation. These workouts aren’t at home workouts, they are fitness plans that you truly do where you want. I did and do have the time, I just didn’t make myself a priority. I laugh now because .. eating healthier and being active works. There is no ifs about that, if you fuel your body and challenge yourself then you it DOES work. No one just has motivation laying around, you have to make it.
I let my excuses get the best of me, even though I needed it and said I would go all in. Then, two months pregnant with my daughter I said I was done. I was done with the excuses, I was done with allowing them to win. I decided that I could make it work, and I could do what was best for myself and my family. So I jumped back in working a full time and part time job, with my son running around like crazy, and a traveling husband. I could have said I couldn’t handle anymore, but really I was exhausted mentally and physically because I was coming last every single day and it had to change. If I didn’t start then, would I ever again? Life is chaotic, and I could have continued to wait for it to slow down but we all know it wouldn’t have. I could have continue to put myself on the back burner, but where would that get me? I’ve learned to say yes, every chance I can and don’t ever look back.
The "Ripple Effect."
Everyone knows what it is...I don't need to explain that. But most of the time we think of the ripple effect in terms of other people. Like if we do something nice for someone it will then prompt them to do something nice for someone else....and on and on.
And while that is true....have you ever stopped to think about the ripple effect and YOU? .
Like, when you wake up late after hitting snooze a dozen times only to find the dog has made a mess, your kids are poking along and now you're screaming because you're going to be late, and OF COURSE there is traffic making you even later??? .
The ripple effect is something we do to ourselves often in a negative way without even realizing it. We don't take time for ourselves and that causes a ripple of negativity in every aspect of our life. * Didn't take time to plan for dinner so you're grabbing whatever is close (ahem...we've all had a sleeve of cookies for dinner, right? 🙋🏻♀️) * Stayed up too late watching that show you just HAD to see the ending for so now you're dragging all day and your patience is thin. * Spent the evening with a friend where you both just complained and whined together all night about your spouses and now every little thing he does is irritating. * Decided to "start again Monday" after skipping a workout but now you're too mad at yourself for "failing" so you might as well just quit.
Do you see how the habits we create can have a negative ripple effect in our OWN LIVES? I know it's a touchy subject, but it's one that I have lived MANY, many times...and I know I'm not alone. So today I CHALLENGE you to do ONE thing that creates a positive ripple in your life. It doesn't have to be a big deal...take a minute to listen to a motivational video....light a candle and breathe...go for a walk....talk to a friend who lights your soul on fire...make a list of things you are grateful for....just pick one thing and reset that ripple!
Happy Friyay!!! Today no post about decor... instead of a post about surviving that momlife 🙌🏻

To my mom friends out there... I challenge you ladies... Can we all be nicer to other mamas out there? Buy a coffee for the lady behind you at Starbucks, introduce yourself to all the mom's in the class... Whatever it may be... Let's lift each other up...❤️ Enjoy your weekend!!!!!!
