When your making changing to fit your lifestyle can be a challenge. Sometimes it's just a choice for change or simply to better your health. So I opted for lettuce instead of bread. My idea of what breakfast in a blanket looks like. Wrap me and go and don't forget the salsa.
Nice weather for a bike ride to work and a little swim. I didn't want to cycle too much because I my left hurts since Sunday so I need to pay attention. But it seems like it's getting better and that cycling is okay.
Never let them get YOU down! If someone is putting you or others down, it only shows how low they really are.
But if you remain sure of yourself, you can even lift these low people up with your kindness. 💗

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while and I apologise that the second image may be uncomfortable to look at but this post has a purpose. So recently Parry gunged himself for Teenage Cancer Trust and Greg shared his heartbreaking story about his battle with psoriasis. Now while Parry’s video of him gunging himself was beyond hilarious, it was upsetting to read about the pain Greg has to go through on a daily basis. I’m so incredibly proud of him for telling his story knowing it would be uncomfortable and challenging. Same goes for Parry, knowing how embarrassing it would be gunge himself, he still did it. Despite one story being relatively funny and the other being more serious, both are amazing and I am so proud & blessed to call these two my idols. First time I’ve went back out running properly since I went on holiday had a good three weeks off from the couch to 5k plan 🏃🏻♀️ I’ve been stopped on week 6 run 3 for what seems like forever and eventually decided today was the day I would just tackle the 25 minute run and see what happened 😳 Pleased to say I absolutely smashed it haven’t lost all that hard work I put in before I went away and definitely motivated me to get the next few weeks finished. Officially a ‘real’ runner 🤪
Sometimes its not about what "they said," you couldn't do, its about what you tell yourself you can't do.
I challenge myself ALL THE TIME! Especially when something comes my way that feels a little intimidating.

Last week I was for a few minutes the highest gal in Éire. I finally climbed #carrauntoohil via the devil's ladder 😈. The clouds we're in and ignorance was bliss! Finally got to see what I'd just hiked when I got to the bottom. 🏞️
