At the relatively young age of 5, Nifty decided to travel cross country, literally. Nifty’s first epic road trip started in Michigan and ended in Alberta. Luckily his papers were in order, and they let him immigrate at the border with his brother from another mother, Pumpkin. 🧡
🇨🇦Bienvenue au Canada! 🇨🇦
Nifty was the adventurous type and enjoyed riding in the car and exploring the hotels along the way. Pumpkin, on the other hand, had to be doped up on car trips. The kind of drugs that make kitties eyes roll back in their head, or he’d make the humans ears bleed with his non-stop howling. Pumpkin joined the family after Nifty was sad being left alone while his mom was in classes all week. 📘
✒️What’s the longest car ride you’ve been on?🖋
Pets can make anywhere feel like home. A few days on the central coast reminded me of how special it is when your pets can join you. I’m grateful that mine have become such willing travelers. I can tell that the sounds and motions of the van on the road now seem familiar to them. They even get excited to see new scenery when they feel the van stop when reaching a destination. Our van definitely feels like a home on wheels now for all of us.🌷☀️🏡
Moving Doris! Day 3!
Made it from Grant’s Pass to Gig Harbor, both dogs and the cat did well. We got to the house, got the trailer unloaded in record time and we are beat. 😬 Tomorrow we return the trailer and I will head home compliments of Southwest Airlines. 😃
First gigs in the temple of the Buddha tonight 🧧 it’s for us an immense pleasure to be able to play in this mythical place which is the @buddhabarmc 🇮🇩. this is our last gigs of the year and to keep this moment in memory we will record our set tonight 🎙👯♂️
much love 💙🧡💚
Day 5: early start thanks to a 6.30 fire Alarm, we had to evacuate the hotel but thankfully we didn’t have to wait outside in the cold as it was a false alarm 😂😂 Then cats ran out of our room we chased and managed to lock ourselves out of the room and I was left cat wrangling while Justin ran for a key 😂 We are now in Billings Montana and it’s snowing ❄️🎄 #catsontheroad#billingsmontana#seattlebound
Day 3: Sioux Falls South Dakota 🎉🎉🎉 success the cat barrier worked! With the addition of plenty of duct tape and blankets 🐱🐱 kitties could snooze most of the way and I could move my legs 🤣😂🤣 relaxing in our hotel and Albert has his favorite carrot 🥕 #catsontheroad#seattlebound#siouxfalls#southdakota
Day 2: Cedar Rapids Iowa, this wasn’t our plan but George 😂 Houdini 😂 has managed to break through the barrier again and so I had five hours of them sitting on my lap while Albert sings 🤣🤣🤣 hopefully Justin can fix it for tomorrow #seattlebound#catsontheroad#lapcats#cedarrapids#iowa

Say hello to my little friend! 😹 🐓
We are #boondocking in our daughters driveway and she has chickens and roosters that have learned to fly the coop recently. Eggs can even be found on their carport shelves! Guess it’s time for a taller fence.
Our fearless leader.
Houdini is our youngest cat he’s 2.5 and he has 24 toes!
He’s really gotten used to living in the RV but is a mess once we’re moving. He’s getting better but would love any tips!
I’m thinking of trying the @thundershirtcompany !?
How I enjoy my holiday. 😂
DM for credits please.

This boy, our Carter/Cartman/Buddy, is so curious and always up to no good but he’s so darn cute! As you can see cats are so different from dogs - they love to ignore you when you call their name. He does know the stern voice though. Always entertaining with this boy and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 😻
A little explanation of the first video. I put 🌟 on the ceiling that light up when we turn the lights out. I love sleeping under the stars! Lately I’ve been finding these stars everywhere. I thought it was the cold weather until yesterday when I saw Carter looking at them very curiously. I kept putting them back up and now I know it’s a losing battle 🤦🏼♀️. A cats gonna do what a cats gonna do! 😹
Night two: We’ve already checked in for the night in Fort Smith, Arkansas, because we were all tired of being in the car. Original plan was to press on to Oklahoma City, but we’re not in a hurry. Getting takeout and watching Willow’s favorite Christmas show (the original How the Grinch Stole Christmas).
Some days are easy, and some days are not so easy on the road. It’s mornings like this that remind me; “I wouldn’t trade my life right now for anyone else’s.” It’s good to be mindful of how good your life is, right now, today, no matter what others around you might have, or where they might be. #gratitude#camping#ontheroad 📸@suzicruzer

Happy Taco Tuesday!
Everyone enjoyed the snow this weekend including Taco.
She seriously is the most curious cat and so we figured she would want to check it out.
Mike wants to get her a little backpack carrier (not really but sorta) because he thinks she loves him the most. Every morning she jumps on his lap and stretches up to his beard and rubs on him. She absolutely has to be on his lap or the steering wheel or next to him or on the back of his seat when he is driving.
Bryce and I are convinced that he feeds her tuna throughout the night and that’s why she is so flippin’ fond of him. 🤣
