Haw has life been for you? I haven’t been posting as much, nor have I been on my story often. I’m here! I’m alive & well. I have just been so pressed with the wedding coming up that’s where my focus has been. I’m excited to be healthy & working out daily. Not really striving for any goals right now besides being healthy! I am building my muscle and hoping to compete in June next year for the NGA competition. I did NPC last year so it’ll be a nice mix up 😊 Those of you who don’t know, NPC you can use steroids (I didn’t but you can). NGA, you take a drug test. You can’t be on anything! Typically NPC is more intense. Butttt overall, I can’t complain. I start school next month as well. I’m just excited because great things are happening 😊. Photo By @tracksharkphotography
VIDEO - Collaboration
Drive and review - Toyota Celica GTFOUR WRC ST205
Social media can really be a great way to make connections that become great collaborations. Through @drifthunteralbo I met @japonic_official and he offered to make a video of my 2 cars while he brought his Nissan Fairlady Z.
We went up to my ‘home course’ in the nearby Touge in Hakone area with fellow #badboisracingteam members @stanatnight and @wasaburi for a drive. The weather was less than perfect as we hoped to catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji in its majestic grandeur, but unfortunately this time Mother Nature kept the ‘covers’ on Japan’s most iconic volcano.
Undeterred, we passed through the Hakone Shindo, making our way up to the top near Lake Ashi. There Japonic released his airborne camera sidekick into air, showing us his almost Air Force level piloting skills of the Maverick drone sweeping high over the splendid scenery of green revealing the serpentine like roads curving through the range. At one point the robot assistant cameraman flew way above a resident helicopter giving rides to tourists. Truly something one would see in a Hollywood production.
Stan has the opportunity to sample the powerful NA V6 of the rear drive Z, and we swapped cars back and forth on the Ashinoko Skyline Touge. One of the most enjoyable things car enthusiasts can do is compare back to back different cars on the same road to get a feel of the difference in engine response and handling.
A really big shout out to Japonic and many of new followers from Turkey 🇹🇷 through his channel to me and our group.
The following video is an edit and remix from Japonic’ s original You Tube video with my own style for non-Turkish speakers.
