We visited Mt Oxley lately, 50km east of the Bourke township. It’s a large, flat mountain (think small Ayers Rock) and its sunset was spectacular 🙌🏻🌄

Happy International Men's Day fellas! I very much like the idea behind these celebratory days and movements but I feel that they are not effective and lack sustainability in the masses. Each year we "celebrate" and "talk" about men's health but the rates of mental and physical illness are still sharply rising. It's time to evolve that message from talking to doing. Awareness is important but sustainable knowledge and strategies are equally as key.
What is one key thing you all want to improve on this week and going forward? For me, my sleep is shit at the moment, I'm working to late and my daughter is in bad sleep cycles, I need to improve on it. “It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. Our latest camping trip took us to Hamersley Inlet. If anyone finds themselves down near Hopetoun in WA, the Fitzgerald National Park is a must! We were amazed at how beautiful it was driving to and from the Hamersley Inlet campsite. It’s changed a lot since our last trip in 2013. Mainly the road there because the other one had been completely washed away! This pic is on a white sand beach full of white driftwood trees with mountains in the background. Incredible and we had the whole place to ourselves. There are cockle shell fossils all along the dunes and the beautiful shells are a little girl’s dream. I showed Will a beautiful, perfect shell, like a mini version of the one at the start of Moana.
