For all my new followers out there, I am a huge lover of calisthenics. This means I really enjoy using my own body weight to train. I’ll even add extra weight sometimes to add some resistance.
Here are some of my favorite exercises to do:
1. One sided mace push ups
2. Ring dips
3. Ring pull ups
4. Rope climb... (look mom no feet)
5. Pistol squats (because regular squats are too mainstream)
Save the video and try out some of these cool moves.😁👍🏾
