You know when you are behind the camera and there is that one moment in the day that you know you just “nailed the shot..” this was that moment for me. I love this solo image of Tyler, the groom, on his wedding day. He was a bit excited, a bit giddy and a bit calm all at the same time. Those quiet moments before the ceremony are so special to capture!
Who’s about to cry? Saturday I watched two best friends join hands and promise to always love one another for the rest of their lives. And although they spent the day together taking pre-ceremony photos, this moment where Alison came around the corner to walk down the aisle to Sean was so emotional. The love was so warm that they were both brought to tears. 🌿
First look photos allow you to get the feels earlier in the day but do not take away from the first time you see one another down the aisle just like this. 🌿
This wedding will be so hard to edit because I’m a baby and such a sucker for raw love and these two had an abundance of it. 🌿
Are you considering doing your photos before your ceremony? If so, do you think you will be this emotional when you see your love down the aisle for the first time?
Happy Thanksgiving weekend to all of my family, friends, clients and followers! I hope you are surrounded with people that love you, enjoy you, support you and make you thankful for all that you are and all that you have.
I am officially on a mission to catch up on blogging - I have over 10 weddings probably over 50 boudoir sessions and a handful of engagement and adventure session still to blog! 🌿
i’m not complaining!!! Im more excited that I finally got to share Nicole and Nick’s silvertip wedding with everybody today!
i’d love it if you take the time to head over to my blog and check out their full love story!
Anyone else’s toddlers scream at the top of their lungs every morning until you go get them? I totally had it made with Posey when it was just her, she would come into bed with us in the morning and snuggle until we were ready to get up. Aker on the other hand, not so much.
And on another totally non related topic...I had the pleasure of learning from one of my fave Canadian photographers @miltonphoto this month in Calgary. I definitely needed the trip so much more than I realized and I’m now ridiculously eager to get my hands on a film camera. It was so much fun learning from this talented (and hilarious) gal and I can’t wait to share more from this gorgeous styled shoot we did!
