Ingredients/utensils: ☕️30ml PECS coffee
☕️30ml vanilla vodka
☕️15ml Simple Syrup
🍸Ground nutmeg or PECS coffee for garnish. ☕️1 coupe glass
🍸2 boston shakers
Step 1: Level coupe glass with ice to chill.
Step 2: Add PECS coffee, Kahlua and vanilla vodka to boston shaker and level with ice. Shake until chilled and double strain into pre-chilled coupe glass.
Step 3: Add Simple Syrup and cream to clean boston shaker and shake. Add to coupe glass to thicken the top layer of the cocktail.
