I’ve been following @artjonak for a couple years now. He’s both innovative and a visionary and is exciting to watch. He speaks my language... industry metrics, statistics, trends, and new ideas. I attended @mastermindevent this past weekend and it lifted my lid BIG TIME! I’m so thankful for leaders like Art that have a passion for our industry and take the time to pour into others who are leading in each of our companies.

Don’t let it happen, again...
The weekend comes, and we’re out having a great time...
Being BUSY! Going places and doing things 🚘
Or honestly, just trying to relax and blow off steam from the week. 🍷🍴
🥗🍕🥗🍺That’s great! But just like during the week, find your balance.
Everything in balance and moderation, all the time 🎉
If you know your going out to dinner or to get drinks, have a nutritious day filled with foods that will help you reach your weight loss goals + feel healthy + energized ⚡️
Then go out and eat the foods you love knowing your still going to lose weight! 🥂
Because you know that don’t have to give up ANY foods (or drinks) to lose weight.
But you do have to be mindful of how much of them you are consuming.
Don’t let another weekend pass where you find yourself hiding from the scale on Monday!
You’ll feel incredible on Monday when you accomplish a successful balanced weekend, followed by weight loss, not gain! 🥇🥇🥇

As someone who has been through hell and back in one relationship, I strongly urge those who are victims of abuse to reach out to every resource available to them. Abuse in relationships are real and it happens more often than not. I removed myself from a relationship that damaged me mentally and emotionally and ever since that relationship ended, I can finally say that I feel my vibrant, positive self coming back. Realize the resources you have, reach out to those who want to help.
