WEEK 8, DAY 1: COMPLETE!
Now I'm REALLY glad I chose to start with this program. My definition is coming back, I feel stronger. MY WORKOUTS ARE DONE AT HOME. My shakes mixed with my workouts have TOTALLY helped in keeping the holiday munchies weight off...because y'all know me - I won't say no to chocolate or anything else I shouldn't eat. 🙈🙊🙉

I can't believe it...already done with my first one! No better sense of accomplishment than seeing something through.
I’ve hit the med school burnout wall so hard that I knocked it over. My brain is fried, my body is tired, I can’t focus anymore, my adrenals have disintegrated...I haven’t had true time off in like 8 months. I’m done with my fall quarter on Thursday and finally get to take a vacation. But I’m STRUGGLING y’all. Help me. I do enjoy throwing weights around tho.

I love the feeling of being sore. Being sore means I did my job. I did what I set out to do. I am kicking ass! Thanks @joelfreemanfitness because that burn out is exactly what I needed today.
