7️⃣ booty building workouts that activate the Gluteus and surrounding muscle groups. So if the goal is building up your booty nice and firm then you need to isolate and activate those gluteal muscles. This “booty band” comes very handy to do that for you. The material is thick and non-slippery where you don’t have to worry about the band moving during the motions.
I did these moves 60 sec. each and 3 sets.
