Here are some tips to help you remember new (business) English expressions so that you can actually use them:
When learning, study both actively (learning through speaking and writing) as well as passively (learning through reading and listening); Always try to learn new words and phrases in context, so try to take your vocabulary and phrases from authentic (business) materials (such as business articles); Learn new expressions with all their meanings, similar expressions, their synonyms and antonyms (check in a good dictionary, I like http://www.thefreedictionary.com/ which has idioms, a thesaurus and legal and financial definitions) ; Review your new expressions. You should try to use the word by the end of the next day, by the end of the week and by the end of the month. This will help fix the vocabulary in your memory.

Dear #Nigerian#English Speaker, when introducing yourself, you say "my name is" not "my names are"! For example, you can say my name is George Natural Onuorah not my names are George Natural Onuorah!
Please note than when introducing yourself, you start with your first name not your surname! So, a good example is "I'm George Natural Onuorah, it's a delight to meet you"
You shouldn't say "I'm Onuorah George Natural, it's a delight to meet you". The simple reason behind this is, your surname is either your father or grand father's name not primarily yours. You could get #married and decide that your children will bear you own name not your father's, your prerogative!
For those of #you are waiting to argue with me, let's look at examples from the oyibo people themselves. Have you ever heard the #American president referred to as Trump Donald? His name is Donald Trump! It's never Bush George, it's George Bush!
Have you ever #heard former #British Prime Minister referred to as Brown Gordon? Nope it's Gordon Brown...have you heard heard #current British Prime Minister referred to as May Theresa? No! It's Theresa May! Have you ever heard the Queen of England referred to by her surname? Most people don't even know her surname, she's simply called Queen Elizabeth, why not Queen...her surname (if she has one😀) Forget what they taught you in #school , your #teachers did not know the right thing, now that you know, do better! Amem?! 😀
NEW: A new engagement for William and Kate has been announced! Loving all this news today 🙌
