(English below🇺🇸) Miren esta 💛GRANOLA CASERA💛 para cualquier merienda o snack. Nos llevo 10 minutos hacerla y es un 10 de gusto 😍 Además es mucho más sana que la comprada porque podemos elegir todos los ingredientes. Les dejamos la receta para que la prueben.
•150g avena arrollada
•50g de semillas (de girasol y zapallo)
•50g de copos de maíz
•Mani o almendras a gusto
•Pasas o arándanos secos
•30g de coco rallado
•4 cucharadas de miel (o maple syrup si quieren que sea vegano)
•Calentar la miel por 10/20 segundos en el micro para que esté más fluida
•Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl con una cuchara
•Colocar la granola en una asadera aceitada y llevar a horno precalentado a 180 grados por 10 minutos
•Dejar enfrían (para que quede crocante) y listo 😍
Nosotras servimos con manzanas picadas y un licuado de frutilla🍓También pueden agregar chips de chocolate una vez que la granola se haya enfriado. Esperamos que si les gusto la hagan y nos manden fotos 📸

•150g rolled oats
•50g seeds (sunflower and pumpkin)
•50g corn flakes
•Peanuts or almonds to taste
•Raisins and cranberries
•30g shredder coconut 🥥
•4 tbsp honey 🍯(or maple syrup to make it #vegan)
•Heat the honey or syrup in the microwave for 10/20 seconds
•Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
•Put the granola in an oiled baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 10 mins
•Let it cool (for crunchiness) and serve😍
We are it with apples and a strawberry smoothie 🍓 You can also add chocolate chips when it’s cold. Hope you make it and send us pics 📸

Cleaning out the fridge always makes for an interesting food combo. Make a big vat of veggies with stuff in my fridge I needed to eat. Greens: two types of kale (purple and dino), purple cabbage, leeks, garlic, avocado oil, lemon juice, s&p, and a few broccoli greens from a broccoli head. Paired with eggs, tomato confit, avocado, and sesame seeds for a pretty dope lunch. 🙌🏻🌱 It pays to wing it kids! 🤤

I’ve been obsessed with yogurt again lately. I love this almond milk based yogurt by kite hill. It has no added sugar and only 1 gram of natural sugar! Which means i can add fruit and not get a blood sugar spike 🤪. I also love adding a form of fat because #highfatlife . In this case i added sunflower butter and coconut butter 😍. Other toppings include apple, strawberries, blueberries, hemp seeds and a peanut butter @squareorganics bar🙌🏻. The drizzle is elderberry syrup for some immune boosting action!

They say eating healthy is a form of self respect and I would 100% have to agree with whoever ‘they’ are. I know when I’m down in the dumps I take it out on my eating habits and myself. Why do I do that? Well loves, that’s something I’m still trying to figure out. But for today I am loving every minute of myself and my body. So here’s a direct reflection of that! Smoothie bowl for the win and you know it tastes as good as it looks! What’s inside? My favourite cafe latte shake powder, 1 scoop of powder greens, 1 scoop of regular girl, 2/3 cup of Kashi GoLean almond clusters and 1 organic banana. Less than 2 minutes to make and I’m left with one happy, healthy and nutritious body.
Autumn Spice Nourish Bowl. This comforting, warming bowl is just the ticket when the season is turning more cool, crisp and breezy. Gluten-free oats, chia seeds, chopped apples and warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger feed the spirit and the body. I am loving Improvising and making a different flavored bowl each morning this week. Most of them have the same base chia seeds and either oats or hemp seeds, but I’m adding different fruits and vegetables into that base along with different herbs and powders.
•1/2 cup gf oats (I use @purely_elizabeth)
•1 Tbsp chia seeds
•1/2 chopped apple
•1/2 sliced banana
•1/2 Tbsp tocos @sunpotion
•1 teasp pumpkin pie spice
•1 teasp vanilla extract
•1/2 teasp ginger
•dollop probiotic yogurt
•sprinkling toasted ginger coconut chips @dangfoods
•sprinkling local bee pollen
•1 cup almond or coconut milk
Add oats, chia seeds and chopped apple with almond milk to a pot and warm gently on low. Stir to combine, add spices, tocos, and vanilla. Once oats are done, you can put it in a bowl, add your topping of choice, I added a dollop of probiotic apple-cinnamon coconut yogurt, sliced banana, and ginger coconut chips and bee pollen. I am also trying to do no phones, screens, books or distractions while having breakfast. I feel this simple action for 5-10 minutes of just sitting quietly and eating helps with digestion and changes my sometimes frantic morning mood of go, go, go. i was out of town this past weekend and whole 30 got a little challenging. i was lucky to be staying at a place where i was able to cook meals, but i didn’t cook all my meals there. i went out to different restaurants and had to modify everything. i also went out to a football game tailgate where there wasn’t much that was whole 30 approved so i took my own snacks. i also turned down several alcoholic drink offers, and to be honest for a minute i felt embarrassed. i felt ashamed for being that health weirdo, but after reflecting i realized that those moments were meant to teach me something about myself and my commitment to this. i shouldn’t feel ashamed about wanting to do something challenging or different to the eyes of others, and me thinking i seemed like a weirdo was only another story that i told myself. happy tuesday! #andapinchoflove

With my busy schedule, I don't have much time in the morning to make breakfast.
