Good salaries and potential career progression in two of the top UK Digital Agencies, but working long hours and a blend of work and socialising with clients meant this would not be sustainable for starting a family.
Knowing if they wanted a better work/life balance to raise a family and actually spend time with their children something had to change.
Although it was hard and scary leaving successful agencies with great people, talent and of course job security to continue their career and also have a family life they both left their jobs to work from home in their spare room offering websites and SEO.
Fast forward 9 years and they have 2 children, they see every play and sports day and get to fo drop off at school every day. They also have a successful boutique agency in #Altrincham doing web design for #brands and #DigitalMarketing, travelling all over the world doing #videomarketing
If they didn't believe in themselves none of that would have happened. Whatever your dream, whatever it is you want to do or change for the better, it may be big, it may be small, it probably is scary... but believe in yourself and make it happen.
