So far it’s been a fabulous week for self-reflection and questioning current issues. Such a heartbreaking way to spend time to say the least, but it has been said that to sit on the fence is to take the side of the enemy. Here is a photo of heaven on earth in case your reality is challenging you lately.
Sometimes I feel like a thief. I’ve seen many moments like this that were never meant for me. I exhale and try not to overthink in the present tense because I might miss a shot. It’s funny looking at kids and puppies and nature you know. So chaotic and unpredictable and untamed in the present tense. But in a photograph you see that no, this thing is not untame. This thing only knows acceptance if left alone, only knows raw emotion// both good & bad— the difference is that they can process it at lightning speed. And then when you see those things all pronounced, documented and frozen in a picture, all you want to do is go back and take some for yourself. This in turn makes me the happiest darned thief.
And this is why I cannot live without a camera.
