If you have attended a yoga class, done meditation or maybe even done energy work then you have probably heard about chakras. But you might be wondering…what exactly are chakras and why are they important?
Chakras are the energy centers in our bodies in which energy flows through. Chakra directly translates to wheel so think about it as your wheel of energy (literally and figuratively.) I like to relate these 7 energy points to our energy headquarters- each have their own job and mission for both emotions, and physical well being inside our body.
What held me back was feeling overwhelmed. How do I do this? how do I find quiet time in my busy day? What do I need? I have created a simple daily routine that I can do in 5-10 minutes each day deepening on what I have, or on days where I feel OUT OF WHACK I will take a little longer and do yoga or meditation along with my balancing to reset my body.
