Exactly one year ago today Michael and I packed up our car and moved to Colorado 🙌🏻 It was an adventure I had been dreaming of my entire life ✨ Making Colorado home this past year has brought me so much joy. The mountains, the people, the adventures, my heart is so full 🧡 This was the first photo I took once we moved to Boulder ✌🏻I think it says it all.
A sunrise hike is always a good idea. Thanks to @jamieservaites for sharing this photo from Mt. Sanitas.

This might sound crazy, but I think Flagstaff Mtn might be my second favorite Boulder peak (after Bear, of course). Gorgeous scenery, lots of wildlife, pretty easy going all the way up, no crowds in winter, and lots of trail options. The only downside is that the true summit is unmarked & surrounded by trees (no views), so I’ve taken to making this spot my “summit” (for photos at least) when I’m looping up & down. Happy weekend, y’all! #100bouldersummits#2019goals (3/20 Flagstaff, 12/100 Overall) 📸: @gfronz
Thank goodness for those canyon views because today’s run was NOT entirely awesome. I’ve done about 25K of vertical in the past couple weeks and it really shows — in my exhausted little legs. 🤣🤷🏻♀️ That’s ok. I’m committed to listening to my body, so tomorrow will be a rest day and we’ll go from there. 😊 It was still nice to get out & breathe with @gfronz in one of my favorite places today. #sundayfunday
