🔥 ROASTED SPAGHETTI SQUASH 🔥
The roasty, olive oily flavor seriously shines on its own with just some olive oil and s&p in the oven. This is another amaaaazing thanksgiving dish BECAUSE I was really surprised about how much yield is from half a squash. I dug into a half right out of the oven and had basically enough left for an entire meal for someone else. Two squashes are more than enough for a tgiving side dish. Also good to use as a bowl and never wash a dish again. And keeps well in the fridge for over a week (tested the limits as experimentation for you all... and I’m cheap). 🔥
Recipe; cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, brush olive oil on the cut side with salt and pepper. Flip upside down (reverse from this photo) on a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins. Remove, scrape the sides with a fork and you’ve been SPAGHETTI’d.

Haven’t been to @eatbychloe in over a year so this meal was LONG overdue. I went to the Fenway location with my best friend Jordan and we got the sweet potato fries (dipped in beet ketchup), the taco quinoa salad, and the guac burger. The sweetest woman who was visiting the city from Canada also came up to me while we were eating and told me she followed my Instagram and loved my account. It really made my day. It’s crazy how this account has given me the opportunity to make connections with people from different countries 😊

Pink lady maki @koymeetsworld in Boston ($15). Torched salmon, crab, avocado, cucumber, unagi sauce and black tobiko. Two of my favorite things in sushi are "aburi" style sushi where the fish is lightly torched and sweet unagi sauce, traditionally served with freshwater eel. This roll had both of those things so it was a must order. Even better, it did not disappoint.
