When you say “I don’t have time,” what you’re generally saying is it’s not a priority!
We all go through busy seasons of life but let me assure you, if your health is a priority to you, you will find 30 minutes a day to exercise.
Is playing with your kids a priority?
Going to work a priority?
Spending time with your husband a priority?
There was a time I felt like all of those 👆 were more important that exercise. So by the time the day ended, I was drained and didn’t do it.
I can tell you looking back NOW that I am BETTER at being a mom, a wife, and an efficient and productive human when I put myself FIRST. It’s not selfish, it’s SELFLESS >>> because you will be better for THEM.
Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier, cut out 30 minutes of scrolling the GRAM, don’t watch the news for 30 minutes today. YOU CAN FIND THE TIME IF YOU MAKE IT A PRIORITY.

The thing about Personal Growth is that it’s nearly impossible to feel like you’re making progress...For months ,maybe even years, it’ll feel like you’re treading water.
Drifting backwards & lost.
But one day...out of nowhere, you’ll do something that will make you realize you’ve become the next You.
TRUST THE PROCESS.

Sometimes I just feel like giving up & not do anything because I feel stuck in the same position I was a month ago... but then I take a minute to myself and just think & tell myself that I can’t let fear,anxiety, get the best of me and see the bigger picture & always look back to what I have actually accomplished & keep pushing myself and TRUSTING THE PROCESS.
