____________________ @echoes_of_a_firebird sent me this book in our last box swap and I'm thinking I'm gonna have to jump into it soon. It looks so good!
What's the last book you read because a friend recommended it?
"Yes, I’m a reader. Kill me. I could tell you I was raised in the library and the books were my only friends, but I didn’t do that, did I? Because I have mercy. I’m neither a genius nor a kid destined to become a wizard. I’m just me. I read stuff. Books are not my only friends, but we’re friendly. So there."
Magonia was a fantastic read, but I have yet to read Aerie. 🙈 Hopefully I'll get to it soon!
What was your last 5 ⭐ read? Mine was The Beckoning Shadow by Katharyn Blair.
hello bookworms, nice to see you again! as you might know, i’m currently on a cruise, but today is the last day🤧

This is the pin I got to design for the #bloodwitchhangoverkit for @faecrate and I had a blast doing it! Meagan and Britt have been such a blast to work for and have helped me grow and learn so much.
One thing I have been kind of slacking on though, is my reading goal. I'm a little behind, but hopefully I'll make it! Lol I love keeping track of what I've read. I'm one of those listmakers.
How many books have you read so far this year?
🌿It's a two-post kind of day. Lol I'm currently working on some projects that I can't wait to share with you! For now, though..
🌿What's your favorite underrated book?
🌿 I really feel like TKAK should get more love, I loved it so much!
🌿 I was finally able to take some photos! It's a different look than what I usually do, but I think I prefer it!
🌿 I am head over heels for this Love Potion pillow spray by @nerdypotionsco that came in the April @baecrate 😍 It smells amazing! Kathryn always knocks out stellar products though, so it's no surprise.
🌿The June Bae Crate: Summer Lovin' goes on sale on Monday, April 22nd! Grab one and use code LYSS5 for a discount on your order!

“It was the middle of an autumn downpour when Tobias first met Henry Silver.”

Thank you so much @tordotcompub for sending me this beautiful book! I finished reading Silver in the Wood two days ago and haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
This is such a strange and magical little book and the writing is beyond gorgeous. It’s also really atmospheric; it kind of feels like taking a walk through an enchanted forest! And when I finished reading it, I just got such a soft and hopeful feeling. This is for sure a new favourite of mine. I can’t wait to read it again, honestly 🥰
For those of you who are interested now: I’d describe this book as Uprooted meets Howl’s Moving Castle — I can’t even say why, I just got the same feeling and that makes me love Silver in the Wood even more! Plus, it features the loveliest m/m romance and there’s so much of the found family trope between these pages.
QOTD: What’s a book you’ve been loving recently?
AOTD: Silver in the Wood is my absolute favourite at the time, but before that I read The Devouring Gray and loved it a lot, too.
