QOTD: How does your ideal sunday look like?
AOTD: Snuggled up in a cozy reading nook , living in writer's universe and a cup of coffee by my side ( i know its missing in the pic , cause I drank it already🙈🙈) So, I spent my Sunday reading A Man Called Ove and its one of the best books I have laid my hands on , this year. After watching Forrest Gump , I never thought I would ever find something which will bring a similar feeling of wanting to live with the characters forever that miraculously the story never comes to a halt but A Man Called Ove brought it all back!
This book managed to break me in the mid of kicking my legs and laughing. I am halfway through it and the problem is that I want it to end but then I don't want it to end too.
Have you read A Man Called Ove?What do you think about it?

#QOTD Do you believe in soulmates? What is your take on 'journey of twin flames'? Just finished reading this lovely book Nomad and his rhymes by @aashieshagarwaal and here is a mini review.
This book talks about the journey of twin flames : one soul split into two bodies just the same.
The passion with which auhor has written all these aesthetic poems portraying the journey of twin souls from infatuation to love, to devastation, to intense longing and to eternal bliss yet again ; has the intensity to kindle fire within you, fire that speaks of love. For one thing, if your poems satisfy your own soul, they are sure to please others and that is the case with this.
This book is a beautifully knitted collection of overwhelming rhymes, themed around the message of spirituality.
Being a big moon admirer myself reading this was a true bliss . One of my favourite lines was, "moon shone bright that night , and the poetry? It just happened. " I keep moon as my inspiration and try my hand at writting every now and then, so, it was relatable to me.
It was a very refreshing read and I am definitely looking forward to reading his upcoming books.
For everyone who is on the journey of twin flames and poetry lovers of course!
The last I picked a book coming from @ravishankaretteth 's pen, it was "The Brahmin". And that book was totally different from this one, this time the author has moved from the action packed adventure to the story filled with thrilling twists and a smartly webbed plot.
We get to follow Charlie, our wealthy protagonist who somehow finds himself as the main suspect of multiple murders that happened around him. So, having such a popular person as the main suspect is one of the many unique points in the plot of this book.
The narration is also very different from what you would expect from your regular murder mystery novels, with planned funny twists and a sense of humour involved at times. Though yes, you may not relate with the main character but you surely can enjoy the situations he has to face while keeping yourself wondering about who actually is behind the murder. The writing style is quick and aimed at engaging you towards the plot.
The story can be running too fast for some people, for me it was fine enough because I like my mystery novels not going too far from their route but yes, I would have liked to find out more about the people other than the main character. The story as a summary, is a twisted, fast-paced, fun focused one that tries to break the bend the pillars on which mystery novels stand.
The ending and many more elements were interesting ones but they could have been expanded a little more to let the reader take it more of them, that was something I didn’t face in the other book from the author.
Overall, if you want a book that’s a mystery but not based upon the format or writing style of any popular mystery author, then this is the unique title you are looking for. 📛

"Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book." - John Green
OMG! This scene!! My heart was broken into pieces!!! 😭😭😭 💬Have you read Arrows Through Archer by @nash.summers? One of my favorite M/M reads of all time! 💕🏳️🌈💕 The story is about Archer who falls for his bestfriend's dad! It was sweet and angsty! You'll see puzzles and arrows in a different way after you are finished with this book! Ugh. I'm reading it again!! 😉
Cakep dah simbolnya.
Reposted from @akmalayda - .

Do you tell Target what you want or does Target tell you? Today, Target told me...and I walked away with two bags full of succulent picks for $10. If this is how it is, Target can take the lead with my life, do you feel me?
But seriously, is there a trick to walking into Target and *only* walking out with your groceries? Lol
I'm more of the creamy and sweet coffee which is aparently, the last cup in the right 😋 Also, iced coffee 😍

#bookrecommendation - A Girl Like That by Tanaz Bhatena. 💖
It's been a week since I read the book and I'm still not over it. Totally heartbroken and sad at the same time.
This book narrates the story of sixteen year old Zarin. A brilliant girl and a bad girl. A Girl who has been labelled so by everyone. A Girl who has voluntarily decided to be a bad girl. A Girl you should not be friends with. And this is the story of a girl Like That. And why is she like that? The author traces Zarin's story by giving her readers multiple characters' point of view about Zarin and how everything led to an uneventful day in Zarin's life. An expat from India, living in Saudi Arabia's Jeddah, Zarin knows little about her birth parents; knows little about her aunt and uncle who have adopted her reluctantly; does not know why her aunt hates her own sister, Zarin's mother, and beats her ruthlessly. With all these contempts and backlashes she faces in home, Zarin had decided to turn into a Girl Like That. A girl who smokes cigarettes and a girl who goes on dates and indulges in all those things that a girl 'should not.'
The only reason why I cannot just give this book a whole 5 star rating is because I'm still unsure where life in Saudi Arabia is as hard as it has been portrayed in the book. Quite a handful Goodreads reviews tells me that it is not as harsh as it is in the book.
This was my 2nd read for #femmemarchfest
And I recommend this to all. A detailed review is up on my blog (link in bio). 😊
PS, my father clicked this picture for me after my brother blatantly refused to do anything for me because I was irritating him. My father was so patient with me, fussing over the position of the book and he actually made sure the picture turned out perfectly. A big shout out to all the supportive fathers in the world. 💖💖💖💖
