A walk in Narai, Shiojiri in Nagano Prefecture. TAG your travel partner 🤗
After a couple of months off from IG posting, I'm finally back with some fresh images from the last trip to Japan.
I've been seriously impressed by this country and its people and I can't wait to get back with the next workshop in 2020.

Should I assume the name “manhole” was deemed better than the female version or other pc correct alternatives❓😆
Hi from Machida, Tokyo❗️I’m standing near a popular sight around most streets in Japan. Each city will commission the design of these, sometimes incredibly intricate, manhole covers. For some it’s a serious hobby to travel and take pictures. There’s even a Manhole Cover Festival in Shinjuku Takashimaya department store every February. 🤓
⭐️ It’s something you never really notice unless:
A. Interestingly, in the U.K. the covers are either square or triangular.
B. Literally taking street art to the streets.
C. 16% chance of anyone under age 25 of noticing these instead of their iPhone. 🧐
D. All of the above. ———————————————-
