I have been obsessed with buying vintage LV items. Some of the pieces that I own are older then me, and have aged a lot better then I have!!! 😂 the quality is simply amazing.
These are a few of my favorite travel essentials for SLGs.

I’ve been waking up with a very sore mouth, possibly due to sleeping with the ceiling fan on, or too many bad food choices whilst away. To support my oral health I’ve been using 1 drop of On Guard in a glass of water to swish around my mouth. I’ll do this morning & night to help support my gums. At home I have my DIY mouthwash, but this is an easy improvisation when traveling 😉
On Guard is the Protection Blend & contains oils such as Cinnamon & Clove, which are a fantastic support for oral health & also help with fresh breath.
I do love having these natural, low toxic alternatives at hand. Saves money, reduces landfill & great support for our health 😊 t xx

My travel essential: @stuartweitzman lowland over the knee boots 😃They are as comfortable as sneakers (but much better for style) and I can walk more than 10,000 steps a day or even go hiking wearing them lol😝 #traveldiaries#ootd
Love the Earth in your own ways and every little thing counts. Every plastic ever produced since the day it's introduced to the commodity world still exists somewhere on the planet today. Let's make more space for lives instead of wastes. Give it a chance, and be the change. ❤️

Have you met Sam and Vlad yet? While most people head south in January, these two crazies are headed north. Way north. Like, the farthest north you can go without touching the Arctic. This place is called Svalbard Norway, and it has been on our list for almost a decade. Want to see why? Check out @visitsvalbard. In this shot: @vladweinstein in the Stowaway Jacket and @snandez In the Antipodes Reversible Coat (only a handful left!) shot in London. Looking forward to seeing more of this stunning, remote place from these two. Ph: @barbroandersen

As the cold weather sets in, I was curious what travel emergency items do you keep in your car? Incase you break down or get stuck in the snow. .
In England, we don’t tend to get large amounts of snow but around late January to late February is the time it will normally snow, and more often or not the roads become blocked, and people forget how to drive - needles to say, we aren’t equipped for snow weather and don’t know how to handle it. .
Before becoming diabetic, I never really kept anything in my car (bad, I know). But it would never be the end of the world if I didn’t, but now it’s a must to have some items in the car. .
Down below are the items I have recently kept in my car to keep myself safe during the cold weather, a lot of the items apply even if you aren’t diabetic.
▫️ de-icer/ice scraper.
▫️ drinking water.
▫️ snacks (non hypo treatment).
▫️ thick jumper/coat/warm clothes.
▫️ torch + batteries.
▫️ phone charger + mobile.
▫️ extra hypo treatment.
▫️ extra biscuits for hypos.
▫️ spare meter + test strips.
▫️ medical alert ID.
▫️ paper copy of important phone numbers to call ICE. .
Added extra is my insulin and needles etc but I would never keep these in the car due to temperature changes. .
It doesn’t hurt to be prepared. Last year where I live we got the snow badly and the roads were in terrible conditions, and I had none of the above things packed (even as a newly diagnosed diabetic).
