Do you see that reminder on the mirror?
It has taken me a LONG ass time to be able to look in the mirror and say this. I spent YEARS of my life absolutely hating who I was.. I had my biggest reality check this time exactly in 2015 when I hit one of my lowest points, a very dark and lonely place I would not wish for anyone to ever be. I made a choice that year to finally start living for myself. To focus solely on the good in everything and cut off any negativity in my life without the blink of an eye. I started a daily reminder no matter what was going on in my life every morning to look at myself in the mirror and say “you are beautiful.”
Ladies, until you learn to love yourself for who you truly are the size of your pants will never make you feel better inside. If this year was full of negativity and wishing time away I want you to look in the mirror and say this to yourself
“You are beautiful”
Beauty comes from the inside out. Life is short, love yourself more. ✌🏼💕

Moja priča ovdje je završila. 🙂 Bile su ovo vrlo produktivne 2 godine u kojima sam ostvario dobar rezultat u fitnessu.
Prva slika je uslikana 12. 03. 2017. godine i to je bio moj prvi trening u toj teretani. 😄
Druga slika je uslikana 23. 01. 2019. godine, moja finalna forma nakon nepune 2 godine treninga i prehrane, naravno moglo je i bolje jer sam imao i pauza po mjesec dana, a i uvjeti i posao koji radim nisu dozvoljavali da se 100 % posvetim svemu tome, no ipak sam zadovoljan krajnjim rezultatom. 😄

Follow this recipe for the BEST ARM WORKOUT OF YOUR LIFE. I literally had the greatest session yesterday and here’s what I did :
🍟 Consume enough carbs pre training. I made sure I had around 50g carbs from sweet potato an hour before the workout .
🍽 Salt your food. Sodium hydrates you and your muscles. So drown dat sweet potato in enough pink salt to make you question whether it’s even edible .
💧 Drink water and try a pump preworkout as a vasodilator. I try to have 2 litres in the system before I walk in the gym and have 1 scoop of PSI (@ehplabs code: ZAC10) .
🔥 Warm up properly. I used cable curls and rope push downs to hit 25 rep sets, increasing weight each set. Squeeze dem bitches like they robbed your grandma .
💪 Choose 3-4 exercises each and Slow down the negatives on each rep. Throw in a drop set every now and then too .
May as well tear them off the bone or you can stay at home and 👉🏻👌🏻 🕷

It’s finally here! It’s the weekend for @thefitexpo and while things didn’t totally go according to plan (and by totally I mean not at all) I’m still excited to be out there.
