She believed she could, so she did✨
Why I started bodybuilding and competing wasn’t for aesthetics purposes. I started because I love how strong their minds are, how determined they are, and no matter any obstacle no excuses come into play. I wanted to build my mind up to be that strong and to fight for what I want to achieve in life, without giving up along the way ❤️ -
I finally found my #transformationtuesday pic from following the #arbonne30 plan! I have done the 30 days challenge a couple of times last year and incorporated it into my daily life now. It is one of the things that helped me to go #vegan because I realised my body didn't like dairy (like most of us that don't realise)- and I am still alive without it wow 🙄
Anyway, we have had doctors, med students, nurses, personal trainers and bikini competitors all join the plan since I did it last and they LOVE it! It's about #guthealth and really fuelling your body properly to balance blood sugar, get rid of any bloating, get that bowel moving again plus sort any other issues you may have. When you realise that feeling crap, tired, bloated and sluggish shouldn't and isn't normal, you can treat your body well!
I don't promote it as much as I should (I just want you to be healthy and feel amazing!). I'm sharing it now because the next 2 days you get to join for free as a brand ambassador or on the loyalty scheme and get shitloads of free products, so why wouldn't I share?
It's an incredible way to kick start your health journey again, especially before those Christmas parties woohoo!
If you wanna know more, you know what to do 😉

"There is noting in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.” - B.F.
Many of us often hope that if we turn inward to see some talent, some gift you have that you have born with. But there is absolutely nothing.
We are no better than the one before us, and everyone that is going to come after us but all of us have potential.
Take a second to ask yourself a question:
“What you gonna do with that potential?”
I think knowing that you are #UndeniableAF on a certain level is absolutely terrifying.
For this season I’m leaving nothing in the tank. I’m going to bust my as off even more as previous year to become GREAT. I want to be so great that I can become the excuse that other people use not to try.
So damn great, that people will have to dismiss me as naturally talented, genetically gifted.
I’m never going to accept who I am, always pushing myself forward, always demanding more and seeing the beauty in what I can become and knowing that even today as a caterpillar - with little to indicate to become a butterfly - I’m going to become the MF butterfly!🦋
What YOU gonna do with your potential?
DAY ONE is in the books! ✅
And honestly— I got half way in then realized how proud I was of myself for going after a new beginning, with help 🙏🏻 this time around.
Everything is better when you have support, and inspiration to lead the way. And I’ve got some of the best pushing me to get back in my groove. #blessedaf 💕
It feels so Gooood to be training my back again! It's been a few weeks of not training back properly. Leading into my last comp I needed to soften out so I didn't train that body part at all. Now that I have adjusted to the off season clean foods I have the fuel to lift heavy again (dispite feeling like I've lost a bit of size and strength). This photo was taken from my first comp. It does make me giggle... Why?... because my coach told me not to flex my back on stage whilst in the Bikini division... Now I see her point ( # 20)🤣. The things I learnt from my first comp when competing in the ICN Bikini division. 1. Soft back (can't have too much muscle) 2. Open your back up (I needed to move my elbows forward). I've definitely got the itch to compete again, Season A can't come soon enough!
