I admit it the first thing I did after using the bathroom this morning was get on the scale and of course the number didn’t change. I’m not going to let it derail me. The scale doesn’t know what I did right and now that I’m being a bit more active maybe I just didn’t eat enough. This will be the perfect week to test that. I’m not done.

My plan for Thanksgiving. I’m going to eat foods that I don’t eat every day like the turkey, squash and stuffing. However it will be a small portion of stuffing to satisfy the craving. The crackers and dips I will not touch as I can eat those anytime and they just aren’t worth the points anyway. This will be my son’s first Thanksgiving and I’ll be focused on him more than my own plate. If my grandma made her fudge this year I will allow myself one piece a week and freeze the rest. #wwthanksgivingplan

We have the emotional distraught that we’ve failed when in reality it’s just a blip in the matrix. If we succumb to that emotional episode we will fall back into the behaviors that got us to our starting point. But not today Satan, I didn’t come this far to only come this far. #transformationtuesday tight black pants edition?! The fun fact is only RECENTLY have I actually gone down a pants size. I’ve basically been a size 12 even after 40 lbs lost. Weight loss is so weird. It goes to show you don’t worry about the scale or the pants size. It’s all about inches. My biggest regret is not taking my measurements before I started losing weight. Transformation Tuesday ✨
Same vest but fits completely different! I remember sucking in to get this vest to zip and it was so so tight! Now it’s super loose! Also great to see the difference in my arms, my legs and even my chin! These pictures help keep me goin!
Inspired by @cats_ww_adventure I had to try out a variation of her pumpkin pie alternative. Just like her I used @lightandfit pumpkin pie yogurt for 2sp and 0sp of FF @reddiwip. Though instead of mini pie shells, I used 1sp worth of graham cracker crumbled on top! So this pumpkin pie inspired dessert comes out to only #3sp!
This is my 1st time trying a #smashmallow & it definitely won't be the last! It is delicious! It's one of my new favorite snacks/desserts! 🍫 5sp!

Today is what I consider my 1 Year WW Anniversary. Why? Well truth is I rejoined in February 2017 but I screwed around. I didn’t put in the work, but I expected results. Finally, on November 17, 2017, I said enough is enough and I walked back into a @ww studio and never looked back!
In one year:
▪️I have lost 45.6 pounds
▪️I’ve gained confidence ▪️I’m happy again
▪️I’ve gone from a size 14 to 4
▪️I’ve never once felt deprived
Was it easy? No.
Was it hard? No, not really.
