Not to fear team! I ate and ate and ate today. I just wasn’t in the mood to stop and post after each meal. NOT ONLY was I under on calories but I got a blue dot today. That’s my first real blue dot in GOSH idk how long!

I thought of this meal idea in the car on the way to work today... so basically at 7am before I had even eaten breakfast yet... 🤣🤣🤣 What can I say, I’m a foodie! This was a super yummy dish that I’ll definitely make again. I sautéed some cauliflower rice with olive oil (1sp) and Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning, then put 2 oz avocado (3sp), 3 oz sweet potato (3sp) and 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites on top! 😋💕 It felt like I was eating quinoa (which was what I wanted) but instead was 0sp cauliflower rice! It reminded me of a breakfast grain bowl 😊 10/10 will make again!
Steak fajitas tonight was huge success! 🎉 I got a package of one pan steak fajitas from @walmart and my mom popped it in the oven for us while my husband and I were on our way home from my sons soccer practice and viola! Done! Put it on top of some brown rice and dinner was served. So easy and delicious, this plate was only 7sp total.

Tonight’s workout! I made it! And I’m dying 😵 I felt like I was gonna die! But I pushed through, it’s my fault for being inconsistent 🙈 this is a workout I do frequently and am used to, so it really goes to show that consistency is key! @gymshark#gymshark66
Aubrey shares it so well‼️💕Choosing health is about the life gained, not about the foods she "can't" eat 🤯
The Habits of Health have changed my life forever🙏🏼i have not only lost the weight, I’ve kept it off since May! 45 LBS GONE👍🏼😍Not only did I lose that extra weight, I got myself back❤️I had ZERO CONFIDENCE when I took that picture- I was so embarrassed and I felt so bad, all day, everyday👎🏼😔-Today, that is not the case😘🙌🏼It’s not about the weight loss, it’s about the LIFE GAIN🎉🎊
Finallyyyyyy been working out again after taking a few months off for my knee. (Swipe ➡️ for the sweaty proof 😉)
I’ve ALWAYS had knee problems. I was an athlete since age 5 and my knee problems started in middle school. They never could really figure out what was wrong- just said I have patellofemoral pain syndrome (basically just general knee pain because of damaged cartilage or even no reason at all 🙄) and extreme tendinitis 😅 It comes and goes in waves- sometimes it’s fine for weeks or even months and sometimes it’s extremely painful for days/weeks and I can’t even squat down ☹️ Besides the pain, nothing is “wrong,” so technically I can still exercise through the pain, but it’s NOT FUN!!! And sometimes it becomes unbearable and I literally cannot continue exercising.
I stopped playing sports when I went to college and would just casually workout/run but nothing extreme. My knee pain wasn’t that bad throughout college- just on and off but livable. Then finally this summer, I decided to do a half marathon! 🏃♀️ But I ramped up my training too quickly and got runner’s knee on one of my knees (IT band syndrome). So I stopped running (couldn’t do the race 😭) and did physical therapy until it got better.
So FINALLY this month I started exercising again!!! I’ve been lifting 3 days a week + light cardio and then heavier cardio 2 days a week. But now MY FREAKING KNEES HURT AGAIN 😩😭😔 I don’t know if it’s because I wasn’t working out at all for months and now I am working out a decent amount or what. But I’m so worried/ anxious/ bummed out by it. I’ve been listening to my body and doing the bike/ elliptical instead of running so I’m hoping that helps them calm down. But it’s just so frustrating because I want to be healthy and exercise but it feels like whenever I get into an exercise groove my knees act up and I have to stop.
Sorry for throwing a pity party for myself LOL I just really needed to vent and I’m curious if anyone has had a similar experience. It’s so defeating when you’re trying to better yourself and be healthy/ balanced but your body gets in the way. I just wish I could have normal knees!!!!!!!!!! End rant.
The look on my face says it all....STRUGGLE BUS CENTRAL! .
This week has been hard! My first week of business travel in the new year. The first week of a new program. Just trying to find my life and get in a groove, ya know?
I hated every minute of getting up at the crack of dawn this morning.....chugging down my coffee....rushing to push play and somehow fit in this workout....then rushing to change my health coach hat into my business coat hat and get out in the cold, gross weather for an early client meeting. But I did it anyway. Because I’m an adult. And sometimes adulting means doing stuff you really don’t feel like doing! #truthbomb .
And while I may have hated it all this morning- I’m sure thankful this evening that I pushed through. Cause Lord knows I would be having a much harder time making it happen now.
So yeah, it’s not always sunshine ☀️ and rainbows 🌈- but every little positive decision you make....every time you push through the suck.....adds up to a whole lotta good! Some days you just have to embrace the suck 😉

How many of you guys take body measurements to track your progress? I would like to hear your experiences or questions! 📹 I made a new YouTube video about it because so many people asked! Link in bio!
Last week I talked about measurements and how I feel they’re more telling of how far you’ve come. That’s because often we gain muscle mass and get leaner but the number on the scale can stay the same or increase! Also, progress might not be as obvious visually, especially because we see ourselves every day, so taking measurements is a good benchmark.
Some of you babes asked me how and where I measure myself so I made a YouTube how to video! One tip is that it’s best to make sure you’re measuring the same places during your journey! Click the link in my bio to watch. I also put a link to a fitness progress tracker that I made and use to track my progress! I’m sending it out for free if you want to try it out! Clickable link is in the YouTube description and on today’s ig stories! #fitnessprogress#beyondthescale
