So much fun at CUEB campus, back to old good time. 💪🏼💪🏼
From today’s training, push-ups and foot reach (or whatever this exercise is called 🤷🏻♀️). I’m glad I’m finally regaining my upper body strength back, after almost 1 year.
Recently I realized that I was holding back when doing push-ups and never really going deep down and I should and, in fact, as I could.
It’s funny as sometimes we put an idea in our head and this thought of “I can’t” really makes us unable of doing something.
Our minds are so powerful! Specially when it’s related to define what our body can or can’t do!
