☀️ About to hit my one year mark of keto life!!! Something that I have learned this past year is that you are stronger than you think. I started the year out with the hopes that I’d lose weight but not actually believing I would stick with it because let’s get real how many people actually stick with a diet? Well as time went on my willpower grew stronger. Resisting old food I used to love got easier and easier and the way I was feeling got better and better. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy every single day but if you get your head in the right mindset then everything will follow. If you want change bad enough you will make it happen and eventually you will just stop making excuses. Im so glad I finally stopped making excuses for myself and took charge of bettering my health not just for me but for my kids as well. If you’re just starting out on this journey be sure to Take photos, take photos, take photos!! I swear they are the minds best motivation when you need something to help you to continue on your journey. You got this!! The path to a healthier life is ahead 🙌🏻

Transformation takes time. As I look at the picture of me on the left, I remember that day like it was yesterday. It was eight years ago, I was pregnant with my first baby and 60 pounds heavier. This picture was taken on my due date. I remember feeling so insecure and uncomfortable. Having babies really sends your body through the ringer! You see your body change in so many ways. After I was done having babies I knew I had a choice to make. I could embrace my new body or I could do everything I could to not settle for less. The journey has been long, frustrating and hard. There were times where I thought that I was too far gone, that nothing would make me feel confident again. Don’t doubt yourself! No one is ever too far gone! Your body is an amazing machine that can work with you if you do the right things. Be discipline, have balance, educate yourself, and keep at it! I’m still not exactly where I want to be in my fitness journey, but it’s times like these where I need to look back and realize how far I have come. Be proud of yourself for making the commitment to be the best version of yourself! #transformationtuesday#pregnancytransformation#fitmomof3#dontgiveup#keepatit#motivation#fitmom#fitness#beforeandafter#beforeandafterweightloss#afterbabybody

Repost from @jessleewong: I can’t believe I feel better about myself at 26 than I did at 21.
I can literally see the pain in my face on the left. I HATED WEARING SWIMSUITS! 😫
Five years later, I have learned so much about my body, mainly that I love food and thats NOT a bad thing! I learned to never feel guilty after eating unhealthy (as long as I don’t make it a habit). I’ve learned to lift weights 🏋🏾♀️ and how to work out at home when I look crazy and don’t want to leave the house 😂
I’ve learned to accept the changes that come from being a woman (bloating, cravings, etc.) and not stress it! 🙅🏾♀️
But most importantly I’ve learned to be confident in my own skin. This body is all I have until I leave this Earth and I am going to cherish it no matter what! 💫✨

Love yourself, Love your body, and Love the Process ❤
Last Year's Transformation:
130.2lbs --> 137.8lbs
This long post is going to be all about Love, Gratitude, and Mental Health Awareness. 😁
First and foremost, I want to thank my cousins @elijahbollas and @martinlejano for the countless fitness/health advice, tips, and inspiration they've given me. Also, shoutout to my friend @fitness_katja for sharing all of her knowledge and expressing the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with food, the gym, and your body image.
And thank you to God, my friends, and my family for ALL of the support on this fitness and life journey this far. 🙏
Since I was young, I was (and still am) pretty self-conscious when it comes to my looks. I admit that I get caught up with trying to look "good" pretty often, which is why I constantly ask God to remind me the important reasons why I integrate weightlifting/exercise as part of my lifestyle. There are THREE main reasons that immediately come to mind:
1. For God. Taking care of my body allows me to physically serve Him and others to the fullest of my capabilities. I pray to live a long time to continue doing God's work in whichever way he calls me to.
2. For my mental health. Just a few months ago, I was officially diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 1. For the past four years (after college), I had been struggling with this and had no idea how to deal with the extreme highs and lows my body and mind were going through. Exercise has done wonders for me in releasing those endorphins, stresses, anxieties, good feels, and bad feels.
3. To inspire others that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. I never imagined looking like this or having the strength and athleticism that I have now. This doesn't just apply to fitness! If you haven't already, set new goals for yourself! Make a plan! Stick with it and stay disciplined! 💪
With all of that said, thank you all SO much again for all of the support! 2019 will be LIT new things musical, fitness, career, etc. so stick around! 🤓
PLEASE don't hesitate to contact me if I can help you achieve any of your own dreams, goals, or someone to talk to. ❤

The Cell Salts used in all our formulas are known as ‘Salts of Life’, and are the main ingredients in all living cells. So vital in fact, Dr. Schuessler, the father of modern pathology and founder of social medicine, discovered that without them, living cells will begin to die. Cell Salts are the beginning of healthy skin and support the production of fibrous tissue such as collagen and keratin and are vital for healthy skin and hair. Learn More Via Link In Bio

Happy #transformationtuesday 🤗
I searched the house high and low trying to find the shirt that’s in the left photo so I could re-create the picture, but I couldn’t find it 😤 The girl on the right is the girl who was stuck inside the body of the girl on the left due to her own actions. I have fought to claw my way back out & I am PROUD. 240➡️151

🚨Long post 🚨
So if you’re just here thinking this is meant to show off my physical progress... thanks for stopping by 😉
For those that have been following my journey for the last couple of months I’ve been sharing different aspects of it on my post.
On this one I want to give a shoutout to @bertkreischer because it’s #Secrettime 😂(if you don’t watch standup...start now)
Anyways I’ll get to the point of this post, and the truth is I haven’t become a whole brand new person just because I am seen as “fit” in some peoples eyes. -
Still to this day I battle with shaking off my old eating habits of craving junk food & high carb foods constantly!
But what’s different 🤔
Well I’m glad you asked... my mindset is completely different now from that guy on the left side. I used to look in the mirror and KNOW that I was unhealthy and overweight, and still do nothing about it.
Ever since that day I told myself I was disgusted with what I saw in the mirror I promised myself there was no going back. - So what am I saying? That even though I may not have the perfect diet/ meal plan and fall to my vices with food at times. I’m here to tell you that you can be mentally stronger than you ever though and steer yourself in the right direction to be able to:
REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED💯
