The thing that really made me committed the most is the fact that I became a coach. I show up for myself everyday and for every girl that I have in my accountability group. Got my Transform 20 "stronger" workout in & used Energize pre-workout drink & oh yeah, Game Changer! Although I did this workout yesterday by accident,today I did it much better😀 Drank my Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology as my lunch before working out but forgot to take a pic,lol Looking forward to tomorrow's workout that will hopefully be in the morning!! So many things to improve upon& I'M NOT GIVING UP! It's never too late to commit to something & stick with it, it can be done!

Today I got all three of my workouts done for the test group for #transform20. Today was Day 3, but I did 1,2, & 3 to catch up.
I have been so sick, flu again... Finally getting over it, not 100% but no more fevers and all the other things, just a cough mostly. Second time getting it this was by far the worse, definitely considering the flu shot, over it.
So it was a bit rough, especially when it is very fast paced. Numerous breaks, but three workouts I definitely sweat A LOT out. Felt so good to be back at it! 💪🏻 #teambeachbody#beachbodyondemand#beachbodycoach
Did you do something that made you uncomfortable today!? Something that just pushed you that little bit to make you nervous, and felt out of your comfort zone?! Today I did... Shorts. I hate being in shorts let alone bouncing around in them! But here I am, posting it to social media for everyone to see because it makes me uncomfortable. However, I need to embrace all of me, jiggy, dimply, all of me.

Let me tell you about this Transform :20 program I just started. .
TBH, I was a little concerned that 20 minutes wasn’t long enough. Well about 5 minutes into the workout I am thanking the Lord that it is only 20 minutes. This is going to get the job done. .
So my questions for you, Are you wanting to get the job done? The most important question is, Are you going to do the work? The answer to that question is the difference between staying the same or making a change. You decide. I’m here when you make that decision. .

Chicken stir fry for dinner!! And there’s enough for my lunch tomorrow.
This literally took ten minutes to cook because I prepped everything earlier in the week. By meal prepping everything, I am able to keep my fridge organized. On nights we’re not sure what to make, we take something out of the freezer and it’s ready to go for dinner. No more frozen pizzas in a pinch (even though I still have them in case I’ve got the urge)

I love that my side hustle is flexible. I didn’t have much of a chance to work it with two 10 hr days the past two days. But tonight I’m sitting here with my tea and my new planner, talking to people about how my new lifestyle has tremendously helped me physically, mentally and emotionally.
I’m still a baby coach....and helping people is my job, but I’ve also made enough money to pay off one credit card. What?! Just sitting here chatting, posting and helping people.
I’m so grateful for investing in myself, the past six months have been amazing and I can’t wait to see how the next six go! 💫
I remember being in my car driving with my family during a Disney vacation and my coach called me to ask if I was going to continue with my Shakeology. I had been drinking my shake for 3 weeks and I loved how it filled me and curbed my cravings so YES, Iwanted to continue. So she convinced me to sign up as a discount coach so I can benefit from the savings. I told her I had NO intention of working the business. And I stuck to that statement just over 2 years. I was working on myself, kinda.
I say kinda because I was not completely consistent with my workouts or my nutrition. I didn't really have a plan, I did a few rounds of #21DFX, a round of #HammerandChisel and then played around here and there. It was not until I heard about #80dayobsession and saw the results the test group had that I decided "I AM ALL IN!" If they can have those results, why not me? So I invested in myself and decided to put some skin in the game. And it was then that I also decided I wanted more. I wanted to provide more for my family...and if I was already sharing my journey, why not help others feel as amazing as I was feeling?!?! So with my WHY defined, i figured out the HOW. I no longer want going to use the excuse of having kids, working full time, not enough money. So today I stand proud as a Beachbody Coach with all the desire to #inspireandempower. Earlier today I tried to talk myself out of doing my hour long 80 day obsession workout, not completely but I was going to do a 20-30 minute one instead.
-it would have taken less time.
-it would have been easier to get through because it would be less out of my day.
-I didn't have "time" -I needed to do laundry
-I would rather take a nap
-everyone on my team is doing the new transform 20
Why I didn't let those excuses get the best of me.
-I made a promise to myself that I would stay on track. -my team is watching me.
-I feel accomplished after completing it.
-I wasnt tired anymore so I didnt need a nap. -I feel amazing after it is done.
I have a goal for myself and you probably do too (working out, healthy eating, saving money, waking up earlier, etc). The only person who will be disappointed in me is ME. The only one who I am truly letting down is ME. The only one who is going to feel guilty after seeing everyones workout posts and I didnt do mine is ME. I work out for me because it makes me feel good and it makes my confidence skyrocket.
Every excuse you overcome is a challenge you feel so much better about yourself when you meet those goals that you made for yourself. Don't blame others when you dont succeed at meeting goals because the real person you need to blame is yourself. In fact dont even let being unsuccessful be an option. Meet those goals and kick some butt while you do it.
Meet those goals for yourself, surprise yourself by what you can do when you push just a little bit further. I promise it'll be worth the effort.

1) I’ll be 28 in a few weeks and it still blows my mind that I’m almost 30! The other day someone asked me how old I was and I have no idea why my answer was “22” I was like no wait! 😂😂 2) I’m doing BOTH #tiuloveyourbody and #SWEAT2019 and not even feeling guilty about it 💁🏻♀️ I used to feel bad and thought you couldn’t do more than one challenge and then I thought 💭 um why not?! So you do you boo! Oh my...SPAGHETTI ARMS!!! This was hard y'all! I'm not going to lie. I worked so hard even modifying. I feel so proud of myself for pushing through.
Also I didn't do my workout til this evening. I'm not doing that again LOL. It's better for me to workout with an empty stomach.

| 6 months ago, these pants didn’t fit. neither did this top. i would take 30+ pictures every time, just to try and get a flattering angle. i remember crying to Matt, so frustrated, so hopeless and honestly unsure if i would ever lose the weight or feel comfortable in my skin again. but holy moly... i’m freakin’ doing it😭🙌🏼 .
it hasn’t happened overnight. in fact, it’s taken SIX MONTHS of consistent workouts. six months of failing forward, drinking that margarita when i want one, living my life, ENJOYING my life and then always waking up and starting fresh.
it’s been six months of learning to become a morning person, so that i can fill my own cup before my kids wake up and need me. lifting heavier weights than i ever thought i could. six months of pushing when i wanted to give up. just resting, instead of quitting this time. proving to myself just how strong i actually am. finding freedom mentally and emotionally. in just six months, my life looks vastly different. .
i’ve still got a long way to go... but the reality is, we never actually arrive, y’all — i will forever be on this journey. and that’s okay!! one foot in front of the other, fighting for health, for balance, for peace. it’s no longer about a number on the scale — i literally do this for my sanity❤️ .
but i wouldn’t be where i am, if i hadn’t taken that first step. we ALL start somewhere, friends. it doesn’t matter when... it just matters that we DO. i think back to how close i was to walking away — and how i could be standing here today, STILL STUCK in the same place i was 6 months ago, with nothing changed or different and i want to just weep. .
i am SO DAMN GRATEFUL i said yes. yes to taking care of myself. yes to gaining health and strength. yes to the community of people rallying around me, full of encouragement. it was time. and for some of you, it’s time, too. if you’re ready to take the leap, i’m ready to help — you are worth it, lady. What a difference a year can make!!

Donut 🍩 get me wrong, I still indulge in treats, and I give myself days off. But, now I work around my crazy schedule to make time for my health, and make time to give my my body what it needs 🏋🏼♀️
I refuse to go back to the lifestyle of eating whatever was easiest, never paying attention to what my body was asking for, and always telling myself “I’ll go the gym next term, when I have more time.” —
I am so excited for all that 2019 has in store for me, and the people I love. This year brings so many exciting opportunities, new goals, and a bunch of crazy dreams that I’m suddenly turning into reality!
Im most proud that in 2019 I will get my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Spanish, and walk across that stage the happiest and healthiest version of myself 👩🏼🎓
I made 2018 MY year. The time to focus on a healthier, happier me! I learned so much about myself and exactly what I was capable of.
How did I lose 65 pounds in 11 months? How did I stay motivated when I work 45+ hours every week and commute about and hour and a half each day? Because I was READY for a change. I WANTED to keep up with my two young, beautiful daughters. I wanted to be an example for them! I wanted to feel GOOD about myself- no more excuses.
I sweat, I cried, I laughed, I enjoyed and I challenged myself every single day! I showed up for my workout everyday for ME. I learned that balance is healthy. It’s okay to indulge in a hamburger, pizza, ice cream, drinks and whatever else every once in a while. Use those “demons” in your head saying you can’t as motivation that you absolutely can! And after you conquer that mindset and get in your routine, you will do amazing things! Celebrate the small victories and each milestone with something you enjoy! Take progress pics and measurements because you will absolutely see the difference! Don’t give up on yourself because you, my dear, are SO WORTH it! 💜
On January 14th, I have the amazing opportunity to take 10 women on this journey. Today was Emmett’s FIRST day of preschool!😱😩 Did I cry? You’ll never know.. 🤫 but what I do know is I now have a couple hours distraction free to get work done!👩🏼💻 As a mom & business owner, it‘s busy, I make time through pockets in my day to get my work done. Being pregnant this time around is so different from my first I am nausea constantly 🤢I get hormone headaches which is the biggest ones I have noticed
I am hoping this will get better and under control soon by for now I am trying everything to get rid of it
I feel great other than ... i have a different mindset this time around
