It happens. I've been there. I've tried a lot of different things. I tried running miles, ellipticaling for an hour, messing around with the free weights at the gym, doing some of the machines, finding some Pinterest workouts.. All which lead to a negative impact on both my self esteem and my motivation. I did not understand why it wasn't working for me.. Maybe I wasn't meant to lose any weight, maybe I should eat less, maybe I should just not do this anymore. It was discouraging. .
Last December, I was fed up with feeling down about myself and let's face it, I'd tried a lot of things and nothing worked. So I figured, let's give this "Netflix" for workouts a try. What do I have to lose? Nothing!!
To my surprise.. It worked, it worked in more ways than I ever could have imagined. Most days I only had less than 30 minutes and I was able to walk downstairs, get my sweat on, shower, and be out the door and on with my day. That's when I knew this was going to be a game changer. When I knew that I had unlimited options, I was FINALLY seeing results, gained an amazing accountability group, and so much personal growth.. I was frustrated I hadn't started earlier!

So I have a confession to make 🤦🏼♀️ I have been such a slacker lately with getting up early to get my workout done first thing! I'm still getting it in everyday but it's not the same. .
