What if I told you, you could get an awesome workout in in just 20 minutes? Would you believe me?
I used to swim competitively and my practices were 2+ hours long, so I honestly thought you couldn’t get a good workout in less time than that! Crazy, I know!
Well I’m SUPER excited to announce that a brand new workout program just launched and each workout is ONLY 20 minutes!! The program is 6 weeks long and there is a different workout every. single. day. Bye bye repeat workouts!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .
So if you tell yourself you don’t have time to workout - this workout is for YOU!
Give yourself the gift of healthy this holiday season! If you want more deets about this program comment a heart elmoji below or DM me! I would love to chat!!
How to get excited about Monday?
Grab @jennyfrancis23 and get yourself to a @1rebeluk ride class with @carriedaway__ 💦💦 even if you don’t like spin, do it just to see the ridiculous studio 😍
There’s nothing I love more than getting myself to a Monday morning workout. It doesn’t happen that much for me because the snooze button normally wins after a weekend of relaxing but when it does, I feel bloody smug 😉
Have you done a workout today?
Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to wait until 1st January to start a new approach to health and fitness.
Instead you can start today! I want to end 2018 on a high so whether you've had an incredible year or it's been a bit flat, I would love you to join me and a whole host of other women who are kick starting their fitness journey today, not because it's part of a faddy diet but because they actually want to feel good in their own skin. For all of the details #LinkInBio#TheFitHub
NEW MONTH. NEW GOALS! .
I’ll be honest - November was freakin incredible with the wedding and the honeymoon and all, but I definitely was not on my A game with my fitness and nutrition! .

My goals for this month:
1. Personal development everyday
2. Follow a meal plan
3. Workout 6 times a week
4. Start and finish a workout program
5. Stay on track over the holidays
6. Practice self love daily
7. Practice self care .
What are your goals for December?!
FREE 5 day fitness and nutrition challenge✌🏽️
I'm looking for women that want to keep the holidays pounds to a minimum! I will provide a healthy meal plan, workouts to follow, healthy recipes, daily challenges, and all the accountability, motivation, and fun you can ask for! 🤗
Comment a ❤️ below and I'll get you the details! 👊🏽
You have permission to eat. EVEN IF YOU: * Have gained lbs this week * Didn’t exercise today
* Ate more than usual yesterday * You feel like you don’t ‘deserve it’ . ☝🏼. Food is not the enemy, the way we think about food is the enemy. It’s our own perspective that can make food a great friend or a horrible enemy!
😢 Do you feel guilty or worries when you sit down to eat a meal? Or do you spend ages afterwards thinking about that meal?
One thing that helped heal my own disordered thoughts and behaviors around food years ago was home baking and cooking homemade meals from scratch! 👩🏻🍳 The whole process of cooking can be so meditative, if you allow it to be and it doesn’t have to be complicated or take up all your time either ❤️ Learning about the nutritional value of different foods will give you more confidence, and when preparing meals you’ll be reminded of the goodness you’re about to give your body! It won’t completely heal everything, but it’s one tool that helped heal me and it’s something I feel so strongly about ❤️😘 #relationshipwithfood#bodymindspirit#mindfulliving#fitwithher
This morning I led a live home workout from the comfort of my own lounge training women across the world via Facebook, sometimes the internet is so cool! I work full-time as a lawyer and I often find it really hard to make it to the gym. My gym isn't actually open early enough to train before work and it can be hard to motivate myself to the gym after a long day at work. Instead I train from the comfort of my own home.
If you're not in my FB group - The Fit Hub - then I've linked it in my stories so you can watch the workout on repeat and train alongside me. Or give it a go yourself, I've popped the exercises below.
This is an arms, abs and back circuit:
⭐Complete each exercise for 45 seconds
⭐Aim to complete the circuit twice through
⭐ Exercises with * could be done weighted
⭐No weights, no problem you can use tins or bottles of water
⭐ Be sure to warm up first and cool down afterwards and if you're new to exercise speak to your GP before starting any new programme
⭐ 24 minute home workout
Single leg V-sits
Laying lat pulldown*
1) No, I don’t know what was going on with my hair #birdsnest
2) Those are bruises on my waist. Like a peach
3) A certain someone told me this pic is too much for insta but it’s literally just me showing my baby obliques, calm down petal

I have recently made it a goal to say yes to more things! .
Now that the wedding planning is slowing down I have a little bit more time to do things I want to do. .
This morning my friend invited me to go to a cycle bar for a class. I could have said no for so many reasons, but instead without hesitation, I said yes. .
I love trying new things with friends! We had such a great time, got our sweat on, and even got to check out an awesome juice bar afterwards. .
None of that would have happened if I stayed in my comfort zone. This is my challenge to you - say yes, step out of your comfort zone, and try new things!

When I asked someone if I should bother posting this non health/fitness photo they said it would make a nice change to see me with my clothes on 😱 so here ya go...and yet for some reason I look wayyyy more awkward this way 😂😅 am I the only person who’s no good at posing for other people?
Fitness update...I haven’t properly worked out for over a week and have been enjoying life to the max in the meantime...back to PWR for me now though. I’m now on Week 4 of the beginner workouts with very little time to get in proper shape before going away....If anyone out there has recommendations for healthy vegan recipes (with high protein) or vegan recipe IG profiles to follow send em my way please and thank you 💚
BBG Stronger Week 4 is pretty much done and dusted now! Lots going on next week so there’s a chance I’ll fall behind on Week 5, but I’m going into the week with hope that I can find time and not be too knackered for it.
My body fat % is too high to see it fully, but an area I’ve felt good improvement with in the last couple of months is my back. I can, for the first time in my life, touch the floor with my nose when I do a push up. I couldn’t do that a few weeks ago - I simply wouldn’t have been able to push back up! I know that’ll sound pathetic but I’ve never been able get that deep before. My push ups have always been a bit half arsed, only going as low as several inches from the floor. Nothing wrong with that if that’s the best you can do, but I’ve never made progress on this in years of training, despite doing probably thousands of half (knee) push ups, and many of those half arsed normal push ups I mentioned too. So clearly this progress is thanks to the inclusion of much heavier weights and back focused exercises in BBG Stronger 👌🏼
Ps. Before I get another influx of DMs from health coaches: No I’m not a health coach, nor do I want to be. Thanks for the nice messages but please don’t keep asking me 🙏🏼 I’m just sharing my experiences and if that helps other people great but I’m not a coach and don’t wanna get paid for this thank you

Happppy Sunday everyone 💚
So I was planning on heading to an intense hiit workout today but swapped it for a yoga session instead. Before I started my course with @no1fitnesseducation I always prioritised brutal workout! Yoga was something I only did if I had a spare bit of time or was dragged along to a class by friends but now I am starting to love it (thanks to @marion_pearce 👌🏼) The course taught me so much about our how our bodies move and work and I’ve really changed my approach to workouts now! It’s so important to think about whether what we are doing is good for our bodies in the long run, and a balanced routine is the best way to do that! (Definitely still doing the brutal workouts too 😉)
I really wanted a chilled weekend this weekend and just didn’t fancy an intense workout though so yoga was a great way to move my body without absolutely killing myself 😂
Do you stick to one type of workout or do you mix it up?
