@melissav.albo completing the monthly mixes and stretch program like a pro, here’s what she said “Thanks to the exercises, I’ve been able to focus much more on the movements, breathing in at the right paces, and being very aware of my own body to keep balance and stay aligned. The arm workouts have particularly helped me a lot with coordination of arms and legs, which has been particularly useful in ballet classes, and not to mention the stretching program, teaching me to use breathing to relax into the position and be able to much more easily go a little bit deeper into the stretch” - and it shows! Looking great @melissav.albo 💕💕💕 Get the 7 day free trial at the link in bio 🙆🏻♀️🤙🏻
Fun outdoors workout for the upper body to do at a bench!
Push-ups are so difficult for me, so I added a shoulder touch to make it interesting!
Do each exercises for 15 reps. Repeat 3 times:
1️⃣ Push-up + shoulder touch
2️⃣ Plank knee to elbow
3️⃣ Plank knee to inside elbow

For ballet dancers there are periods with a lot of work when we finish every day absolutely exhausted and there are periods with no work when we can not make up what else to do just not to get bored. I think it's quite hard to get used to such regimen. But every profession has its advantages and disadvantages. What is the one annoying thing about your work?
Loved improving to this piece "Visum" by Kai Engel ❤ Excellent!
