Another fun recipe that Megan tried out. This mini #pavlova has a light, crisp shell similar to a Macaron and has a lemon cream filling topped with whipped cream, fresh fruit, and a mint leaf. Really light and yummy summer dessert! ✨👌🏻✨😋💦

Must bake this again. It’s a light fruit cake with the addition of chocolate. I don’t often eat chocolate so when I do it’s got to be good quality dark chocolate and this works perfectly well with this cake. The recipe is from David Herbert’s Best Ever Baking book. The decoration is my idea as the cake is quite plain and I like to jazz it up a bit.
Onto project “building working family lunch table”. Knocked this part up last night. Now an early morning start to add more legs and stabilising pieces. Can’t wait to add the top. 3.6 meters long of chitta chat chat. I love doing this kinda thing. 🔨🛠
