Not only am I good at working with engineers and helping them make their next robot, device or machine more advanced, I am also very funny! Just ask Scott at Air Inc ( our exclusive distributor for the New England states ). They are just a few minutes from where a team called the #patriots play. I think they are also huge fans too. 🤷♂️
The idea that we must “delight” our customers has become so entrenched in our everyday dealing that when we do fall short on delivering that delightful experience we take a significant kick in the gut that festers and causes many underlying health issues.
What if it was OK to just deliver what the client expected and furthermore what if we made it easier for our customers to interact with us so their questions and problems are resolved better and faster.
