Day 24 // Lennox Head NSW ~ This is Lake Ainsworth, a tea tree lake. And today for the first time I went in the water with my camera!
Lots of deleted images but a couple turned out ok I think. It’s magnetic as they say...you just wanna go back and shoot more!
I would appreciate any comment, tips, suggestions for underwater shots please! Cheers ✌️

📖: 'Call for action on use of seal repellents'
• DPIPWE documents show more than 8700 beanbag bullets filled with hard pellets were fired at seals around fish farms since 2013, along with underwater acoustic explosives “crackers” used to scare the seals away from the pens.
• Animal Liberation Tasmania says the RSPCA needs to revoke or suspend its welfare accreditation of certain aquaculture companies in light of the practices.
• Greens leader Cassy O’Connor says it is now time for the Government to stop the industry shooting, shocking, blinding and deafening seals.
• The World Wildlife Fund is also under pressure to walk away from its sponsorship of Tassal.⠀
⠀ ▫️ The WWF said it was “deeply concerned” about the reports and was “holding discussions with Tassal over its seal and salmon management activities”.⠀
The State Government wants anyone with evidence of seal deterrents being misused by Tasmanian fish farmers and causing harm to the marine animals to make a report.
