Gestern 40Min. Zumba und ca. 30Min. Kraftübungen. Tat richtig gut!!!! Auch wenn heute Muskelkater Grüßen lässt... Morgen geht's weiter. Schönen Abend ihr Lieben!

I've been up since first light, sitting quietly on our deck in the cool and calm of the early morning, a pot of tea at my elbow. How I love this time of day. Just a few minutes ago, as I sat not daring to move a muscle, three graceful white-headed pigeons landed on the lawn and took it in turns to drink then bathe in the bird bath. It was such a joy to watch them. As you can no doubt tell, I'm a bit of a bird nerd, and since we moved here 16 years ago they have been a constant source of delight, surprise, and wonder. We now have over 60 different species that visit our small garden regularly, and it's such a privilege to share our lives wuth them.
I also have a notepad in front of me, jotting down all sorts of random thoughts about the year ahead as they occur to me. And random they are; I envy those who are organised about these things...my list segues fron cleaning windows and building new compost bins, to more serious thoughts about my cooking school and how I can make everything even better than last year...not at all orderly! On this particular note, I would love to hear from you if you have any thoughts on what you would like to learn in one of my classes. Do you prefer hands-on or demonstration classes? Would you like to learn about a specific subject e.g. pastry, desserts, vegetable-based meals, or do you like a range of dishes? Would you like guest chefs? Are there certain experiences that stand out from cooking schools you have attended? Like my notes, they can be utterly random thoughts, but I would so appreciate any advice you can give me. P.S. We are loving our new range! We’ve already sold out of peachy but not to worry- we have plenty more of these aubergine bath bombs to keep us going! Some times words just aren’t enough 🍆🍆🍆
