Mid back pain can be caused by a number of factors including sustained postures, repetitive movements under load that are unable to be handled by the tissues, stress, and other non-mechanical or non-musculoskeletal factors.
When looking at it from a mechanical perspective, we know the body craves movement. So these exercises highlight ways to get the mid back rotating, flexing, and extending in different positions. This, in turn, has potential to decrease mechanical tension, nerve tonicity, improve blood flow,and ultimately lead to a lessening of symptoms.

We as human beings solely depend on technological devices like this to dictate our every movement and action for our everyday use in todays society. When in fact studies recently show they are only 80% accurate and generate more stress then solutions. In fact the stress has been recorded by clinical studies crom these devices to be so overwhelmingly bad that people are generating class action lawsuits against these very devices from dishing out false closure to them. Jerry Seinfeld did a stand up comedy show saying that if aliens would come down and see human beings walking there dogs and picking up there dogs poop that the aliens would have the belief that the dogs were the masters and that the humans would do as the dog commanded. Now fast forward 10 years later and let's say aliens came down today and saw human beings constantly looking at a box device in there hands and pushing buttons and doing what they see from the device they would think the device controls the human beings life as well and had these magical powers to do so. We have to be mindful of the bullshit we constantly do and remember that technology is good but is a horrible master. So put the phone down and step outside and enjoy nature. Instead of looking toward your device to see how you feel, why not just ask yourself and use tuition that the human body already possesses. Food for thought.
