11 hours at work on my feet, one pt session and a late training session. I think I can be happy with these 3 singles at 88, one single at 120 (yeah not the best jerk I know, and an even worse recovery), and some singles at 150 front squat.

A week has passed since my competition ended.
I unconsciously think about the competition still now. If at that time..
I‘ve prepared firmly not to regret anything, but I regret that I lost.
However the result gave me more motivation and new life.😊
So I started practicing for the next competition!! I’ll definitely win next time🔥
And I went to Ramen shop 4 times a week. You know, it's mentally healthy.🍜😁
